I called into mays on Rochdale road Manchester for the first time today.I dealt with Khrisie she was very polite and helpful.Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

We went to the Rochdale Road store after finding Mays on-line searching for a gold bracelet. We traded in some old jewellery for a good price and then bought a pre owned gold bracelet and a pre owned diamond ring, both very good value for money. Staff were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service and the the items we bought, and would recommend them.

Went to the Rochdale road branch, Franke, Alex, Laura where really helpful and friendly and the service was excellent I would certainly recommend a visit.

Always a great service from this particular mays store in harpurhay. For the past 20 years I have been a frequent customer and yet again they impressed me with a service I had never used before. My clasp had broken on a large gold chain and they replaced it like for like, I also had my late father in laws silver saddle ring cleaned and it came back shining like diamond I am so happy with both the repair and the cleaning I just wanted to say thankyou to the work shop they have in store

I had a Breitling watch accessory that I was about to throw away and I just visited the shop by chance as I do not like selling things online. The customer service upon my first contact with someone was very pleasant and made me feel relax. In this present economic climate, a business is nothing if they have not got their customer service levels on par. Customer service is very important as it depicts whether or not a customer deals with that business.
This experience was 100% as always and I will definitely be recommending customers to them.

Ive lived in the area for 30years and this was my first visit to the shop [ rochdale rd collyhurst ]. i needed a gold chain and some repair work, Pam served me and talked me through it, what a seemless and brilliant experience, the repair arrived ahead of time, very professional, knowledgable and friendly, its now on my list of shops to visit, thanks

Called today at the Rochdale Road branch where we were dealt with expertly by Pam Ashton. Can’t praise her enough, she was so helpful and courteous and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again if the need arises in the future.

This review relates to the Manageress Pam and her lovely staff at the Rochdale Road Site , I have been to May a couple of times over the years but yesterday visit was the best ever Pam and her team where so pleasant and polite putting me and other people in the shop at ease explained everything I needed to know and what all my options were well done a credit to the company
