I called in earlier this morning to get a quote and sell and piece of my jewellery. A lovely girl named Frankie assisted me. I was very impressed with her customer service skills and how she went above and beyond to help. It’s very refreshing to go into a store/shop and not feel rushed or pressured into hurrying up. I always have used Mays and after this interaction will continue to do so.

Fabulous customer service & quick & easy sale
I visited May's in Royal Exchange, Manchester, to sell some gold jewellery (after visiting another long established jewellery store who couldn’t buy the gold that day, so thought I may as well get a second opinion). The staff were super helpful & friendly. When I received the price I was pleasantly surprised at the higher offer (vs the previous store).
I had ID with me so after giving a few more details I was told I would get a bank transfer for the money the following morning (it was near closing time for the store). Sure enough the money was in my account first thing the next day. Fabulous customer service & made the whole transaction quick & very easy. Thank you.
