Visited Rochdale Road branch in Manchester today and was served by a very polite and courteous staff member (Joanne D) which made the experience so much more pleasant

Over the last 20 years we have alway gone to Mays Pawnbrokers when we wanted to buy any jewellery , and we’ve always had exceptional help given with a lovely friendly attitude
This time was no different the young lady in the Collyhurst shop was very welcoming from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left, she took interest in what we wanted and who it was for, she gave advice from a young person’s point of view as we were buying for grandson’s 21st

The second I walked into the shop, Frankie went above and beyond with helping me with my queries, most helpful and very friendly, listened attentively and went the extra mile with looking for a specific ring in mind and making a note for future reference in relation to “my special ring”

I went to the Oldham branch in the Spindles. The staff was helpful from start to finish. I was selling some gold so i could purchase a new engagement ring as mine was broke. The lady who served went above and beyond to help me get the right ring with no pressure to purchase from them. Always use May's
