Quoted £50 for my J6+ they sent a pack for it. Great. Sent it away. Under the proviso that they would check and then pay. 3 weeks later. Nothing. I sent a message asking what the problem was and they... See more

Sent two phones Galaxy S6 and S8 which were received on 7/12/2020 received email offering a reduced payment which I accepted.
I still haven't received any payment I've sent many emails and tried phoning but have yet to receive a reply.
Offered me almost 50% less and kept my phone
Offered me almost 50% less when phone was very good condition and met criteria. When I rejected this they failed to respond to requests for their bank details to pay the fee for returning my phone and haven't sent my phone back. SCAMMERS!!!

I received an email on the 19th December advising payment has been sent I haven't received it and they are not returning any of my messages.
Bad service and communication
I sent my mobile phone to them on the 7th Dec and received confirmation of receipt on the 8th Dec. Todate I have not received payment. I have emailed 3 times - no response and cannot get through on the telephone. I would not recommend anyone using this company to re-cycle any of their phones or other equipment.
Definitely not a scam, just slow payment
Definitely not a scam, but they aren't the quickest at paying. Had to chase them a couple of times via email and phone calls (used the sister companies number 020 8354 7541 as the M and C one was engaged or not answered). But when I spoke with them on the phone they were pleasant and helpful. They probably just need to be more honest on the same day payment quote and say it will be a week or so.
worst ever
sent in an mobile for recycling good condition, never been dropped always in a case, had the phone for 5days then state there dead pixles and reduced offer, ( i excepted this offer) due to not takeing picture's or video's of device.
stated pay the same day took myself total in 10 days to be paid the reduce offer only after 3 telephone call's never again.
Payment finally received
Do not use this company. I chose to sell my phone to them because they offered the best price, but when they received it they offered less because they said the screen was scratched (despite me putting a new screen on it before sending it). I accepted the lower offer and that is the last thing I have heard. No payment received. Numerous emails and messages and no reply! lol
Choose a different company
Choose a different company and don't be drawn in by the higher offer price. You won't get it.
During the process, there are two options to choose; working or not working.
No mention of damage, condition etc.
Then suddenly, once they have your phone, you get a downgraded price because of some exaggerated claims of damage. But by now, if you want it back you have to pay £3 postage.
Treading a fine line between bad service and a scam.
Edit: accepted their offer almost 3 weeks ago and still no money received.
Edit 2: Over 5 weeks between them receiving phone and me receiving money. Not quite same day payment as advertised!
Don’t ever use them
Don’t ever use them. They are just scammers. They offer high prices compared to the others and when you send in the phone they tamper with it and claim that its faulty and doesn’t turn on etc. Sent in a phone in proper working condition and they returned one that doesn’t even turn on.
SCAMMERS!!!!
SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT USE.
I’ve had to issue a court order against this company and have reported them to Trading standards. I think all good reviews are from friends etc.
Do not I repeat do not sell your phone…
Do not I repeat do not sell your phone to them... You will never see your phone again or your money.... They are thieves who wont reply to your emails or messages
They are not to be used
They’ve had my phone for 5 days and have not sent me my money. Time to take action in the County Court. They now “Claim” it needs a new battery and the glass is scratched and want to charge me to return it. I’ve now put it in the hands of my Solicitors. DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.
Crooks! Avoid! Unless you want devaluing to £0.00 - ZERO in an audacious "phone grab"!
What a crooked, dire, excuse for a company you are!
You NEVER asked the condition of my phone before offering £90.
If you had I'd have told you it had a small crack to the bottom left-hand side of the screen, which did not impede the performance of the phone WHATSOEVER - or indeed it's appearance, much at all.
As one of "your employees" has now "revalued" my phone at £0.00! ZERO? Not even a small price cut? No; straight in for the jugular at £0.00; for a fully functional Samsung Galaxy A40....you are SERIOUSLY expecting me to believe it is worth NOTHING?
Catch yourselves on; you are highwaymen!
So, from £90 for a Galaxy A40, in full working order - to ZERO, due to the tiny crack, even though the phone is in full working order!
Plus, to add insult to injury you want me to pay £3.00 or £4.40 to return MY PHONE to me!
I though companies like you had been eradicated, but it would appear there is still some stone unturned for you to lurk under, in your fetid, damp, avaricious little company!
UTTERLY reprehensible greed!
