I loved this bag at first but unfortunately it had started to fall apart. After only a few weeks of light use the lining in the bag had frayed and pulled away from the leather. This makes it very awkward to use and items slip under the lining and disappear. So disappointed.

I like this purse. I don't 5 star love it like my 2 previous purses from you. The shoulder strap attachments are awkwardly placed making the purse hang in a slanted position. The leather is not as fine as my 2 previous purchases. It doesn't even smell like leather. I'm keeping it and going to wear it for a while hoping I will grow fonder of it. I do like the style and as usual can tell it's well made and sturdy. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and full time RN at a very busy local hospital amid this tragic pandemic. I'm very rough on my purses and the ones from you are still absolutely stunning after much use and unintentional abuse, as I'm almost constantly rushing. The purses still look like new and the leather smells as good as the day I received them. I was just expecting this purse to be crafted from softer leather that smells like leather. I can make the shoulder strap work.

Love your products. I’ve purchased 4 bags and the briefcase so far. Two were presents (bag and briefcase for my daughter in law and son). They loved them too! So many compliments! Everything is so well made!

My husband isn't wild about buying things for himself so I have to buy stuff for him. Sometimes it's an item like a wallet that most people would rather choose for themselves. But too much time had passed and his old wallet had gone through the laundry one time too many, so I chose from MDBM.UK because I've purchased from you 3 or 4 other times and always been extremely satisfied... no make that delighted... with the products when they arrive. That confidence is astonishing considering I'm buying from a UK company and I live in the US.
The wallet is made of a beautiful quality leather. The size is just perfect. The color is handsome. And the best part is that after he said, "You shouldn't have spent the money." my husband said, "But I'm really glad you did."

Have requested a refund for 2 bag purchased in April for which the company cannot/will not provide an arrival date. While they responded to original emails they have now stopped after requesting a refund.

I was very happy with my new handbag. I loved the color, a pretty blue. I liked the feel of the leather, soft. I am a satisfied customer with all the handbags that I have purchased

The bags are always great, and delivery is surprisingly fast.

I just got my first bag from them after a month of waiting (placed my order April 1st, received it May 1st). It looks like vinyl then sprayed with something to make it smell like leather. The color is not what was pictured. The strap is oddly short and the bag is much smaller than they said it should be. Quality is super poor. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
