We are a bags retail company started in 2017 who makes bags from designs from our own community. To date we have over 70,000 customers. Earlier on into our business, we underestimated our virality of our bag designs and we ran into logistics issues that made our shipments very late. If you were one of such customers, please have our apologies. We have improved since. From 2018, our shipping times have reduced from previously 10-25 days to 1-10 days. Depending on your location and time of your orders, you may even get your items the next day. Thank you for your interest if you have come here to read more about us. We are always improving but one thing we never change is our commitment to our community, without whom our designs would never come to fruition. We do not actively ask our customers to leave a review at Trustpilot. For those who do, we always reply to find out their order and see their issues are solved. Beautiful bag

Beautiful bag, well made, quality leather and it has been much admired. I paid £85 for it - and it's a huge tote bag you could use as a business bag for a day trip too. Lovely product, great price.

I ordered 2 handbags and only received…

I ordered 2 handbags and only received 1 and I love it but I sent 2 emails and was sent to another email to track my order but I have heard nothing more. I feel they should've followed thru with finding out where my order is. I also could not find that I was charged but I am not positive if I was or wasn't so I have not been happy as of today I still have not received it and not sure I will????

Excellence

I have ordered from this company many times, and every time they are consistent in every way that matters. From placing the order to delivery I am also aware where my package is at. The handbags I have ordered are really amazing, the colors available are amazing, not to mention the quality of the handbags themselves. Their designs, hard just to choose one. Overall you won’t be disappointed.

My experiences with your company have been wonderful. Easy ordering, prompt customer service, and when I had an issue with local delivery, Sarah was there to ‘hold my hand’ through it all! After five purchases, I suppose you could say I love you guys!!
