This was the first international trip I had planned, and airport transfer was important. I would have loved it if the company sent a reminder the day before regarding the booked trip so you know you weren't forgotten, especially when you book months in advance. The Whatsapp # on the site stopped working and I had to send multiple emails for pick-up confirmation. Use the Contact Us info on the site for quicker responses.
They will send an email 2-3 hours before your pick-up time to say a driver was scheduled.

We used Medellin Airport Transfer for rides between the airport in Rionegro and Medellin and for a Medellin city tour. The service was timely, the vehicles very comfortable, and the drivers/guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had three different drivers and each did a nice job in communicating when they would arrive, and then meeting/exceeding expectations. We will use them next time we are in Medellin.

Our driver was patient and accomodating.
We had to transport an unexpected piece of luggage of a group member that arrived earlier and the driver helped fit everything without frustration and let us drop the luggage off despite it being an additional stop. The driver drove safely and did not get lost.

Great service. I booked them too and from the airport and they even accommodated me to come early when our flight changed the day of our departure. Both drivers were nice and they even reached out to me to ask questions about luggage and people to ensure we had a big enough vehicle.
I also found that they were much cheaper than ordering through our Airbnb services.

Thank you so much, very professional. The driver let us play our music from the Bluetooth and we was lit all the way Medellín.
