Medellin Airport Transfer Reviews 

My wife had had hip surgery and I booked the $40 ride based on the website showing a van. Instead, we got a compact car, which I could have gotten cheaper using Uber. Also, the driver had departed and we had to hunt him down. When I contacted the company and asked to talk to the owner, I was refused. I was told the driver had waited for 90 minutes, which wasn't the case. We got through immigration and picked up our luggage. It wasn't 90 minutes and it wasn't until I got through immigration that I could activate my Verizon phone to work in Colombia. The person I emailed at the company was a Juliana Sierra who thought she was so clever in blaming me. For example, I should have requested a van. But the company website clearly shows a van. Sierra never put me in contact with the owners, but concluded with, "Enjoy your stay in Medellin and have a great day!" I run a business in the U.S. and would never treat a dissatisfied customer this way.

Communication was excellent. Pickup was easy and driver was fantastic. 5 star service that's worth the money. Beats haggling with the taxis at the airport.

Transportation was great and secure. I was contacted by the company and driver the day before. Prices were fair a great way to get to and from airport especially if it’s your first time visiting.

I love this service, they are very responsive and friendly. The Medellin airport can be a chaotic place with people shouting "taxi taxi" right when you arrive and you don't know if you can trust them. So after reading about Uber is not available at this airport, I booked Medellin Airport Transfer. They give you a Whatsapp phone number where you can ask them questions in English and they also send you a picture of the car with the license plate so you get into the correct car safely. I used this service to get from the airport to my hotel and from my hotel to the airport. Everything was great and I recommend them. They also give tours around Medellin.

My driver was not waiting with a sign for me. It took about 10 minutes to find him, but he was waiting outside for me and waved at me when he saw me.

But other than that, the driver was nice (but did not speak english) and the drive to Medellin was smooth.

The only recommendation i would have is that the drivers wear T-Shirts, which indicates that they are working for this company.

I live in Medellin since one year and have used the service a lot of times. The service is absolutely reliable and pretty cheap. The drivers were always super kind and helpful with the luggage.

I would definetly recommend the service, rather than taking a normal taxi, because they can be pretty expensive. Especially when you are a foreigner they try to charge you a lot of money. With the Airport transfer that does not happen.

Easy communication, and arrived on time!

Excellent Service. Since I don't speak Spanish I appreciated that they had an English site. They confirmed the ride and showed up early. Car was very clean and had plastic barriers to prevent the spread of Covid. Definitely recommend them and would use again.

Received a message from the driver right as my plane landed complete with pictures of the car and license plate to make it easy to find. Extremely friendly and helpful driver!

Excellent Dependable Service especially for English speakers who don't speak Spanish. Both of my drivers were punctual and friendly. I extended my trip and MAT handled the change very smoothly and without hassle.

Jaime is not only a great driver he is very patient. I had an issue with a personal item l left in the previous airport. Jaime patiently waited for over an hour after the scheduled pickup time. I highly recommend Medellín Airport Transfer, and if available ask for Jamie!

Andres was great. He waiting at the airport when we got through customs. We had a problem with our concierge being very late to open our Airbnb and Andres help out with phone calls. He even took us to a hotel where we almost booked a room when our concierge finally called and was able to let us into the property. This probably took 1hr + for Andres and I made sure to tip him for his troubles. Thank you for great service.

I had a great experience and so glad I booked with Medellin Airport Transfer. I had a long flight in and was coming in late. So to have someone ready and there to pick you up made everything so much easier :)
