Jonathan was my driver was literally the first person I saw coming out the door was super friendly and welcoming and a great help with my luggage , perfect ride and very quick with the new tunnel!

They were on time, polite, and professional. I will be using them again.

Great service. We had received the wrong address from our host, and the driver helped us locate the correct address rather than leaving us at the wrong location.

It was excellent service all through the process from booking online to the driver showing up in time. The vehicle was equipped with plastic screens inside to protect both passenger and driver, we felt very safe. The driver was excellent, didn’t drive too fast and we arrived at the airport safe and sound. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Punctual and friendly rides both to and from airport. I’d use again for sure.

We were 8 people and the driver was very helpful.
We had to exchange some money at the airport and the driver helped us get a good rate by going to other exchange places and finding out their rates. Then he helped us with our bags at pickup and drop off.
The vehicle was very comfortable and spacious.

I was extremely impressed with my ride and driver. My flight was delayed around 40 minutes and there was a 30 minute line to pass through through Colombian immigration, however the driver was waiting with my name on a card and I saw him straight away. He allowed me to use the ATM at the airport and helped me with my luggage.

Having a ride pre-organised with Medellin Airport Transfer was a relief as I am travelling alone, my flight arrived at night and I have very little Spanish.

Both drivers were on time, friendly and drove in a safe manner. For the small extra it cost compared with a taxi makes it a very worthwhile service. Highly recommended

Booking felt smooth: response to my email with questions was prompt and in english. Drivers were both ready and waiting for us. Vans were clean, rides went great and the drivers seemed to know exactly where to go, neither driver spoke english but that was completely fine, the first driver was patient when we got to our hotel and had a small hiccup getting through security, second driver was friendly and made sure music was ok, etc. My only complaint was when the first driver picked us up, he seemed to be in such a huge hurry that I literally couldn't follow him (we are a family of 5, 3 kids 6/under: i was pushing the stroller with our toddler and carrying a couple backpacks, and he was walking so quickly ahead while going up and down escalators, which meant I had to fold up our stroller and carry it plus our toddler and bags up and down escalators: at the top of the first escalator I had completely lost everyone until my husband was able to wave me down+one of our young kids was trying to pull a bag but was terrified when she had to try to take it down an escalator so quickly that she dropped it at the very top: causing my husband to have to sprint up the escalator to help because it was only me behind her.. it wasn't a great start but we give people the benefit of the doubt and just assume he didn't really realize..) he did help with a couple rolling bags though so we were thankful for that. Overall a good service, would use again.
