My main complaint is that the delivery was slow(2Days late) and because of that I had to go BUY much more expensive dog food at the vet.
This slow delivery cost me over 40 euros for a 5 kg bag of RC VET gastro intestinal low fat!!!!!!

did not arrive properly or in time
Having into account the company is in the Netherlands I would expect a much, much faster delivery.
But worst of all, one of the cans was smashed. It was not broken, but the liquid inside might have been altered by the rough transport and further damage of the tin.

Had to wait far too long for delivery
Seeing this is a medical website i think it should be much clearer on the website that the order comes from England. You write in big letters that the order is sent the day after it is placed, but only in tiny letters that it can take up to two weeks for delivery. Not good when you are waiting urgently for medication for your pet. Would not use this service again for this simple fact. The goods theselves were fine when they finally arrived.

Prooved to be the cheapest option for the required product in which I was interested.
Besides that I received it within 24 hours. Perfect.
Last order was not delivered and it is week already that I can not get my money back
I used to order special cat food for almost half of year without issues. Unfortunately last order was not delivered. I've tried to call, send mail to medcianimal and also to dpd UK and DPD NL. Unfortunately first answer I got only in two days from DPD NL. I was hardly reaching NL support by phone. Finally it is moving but it so slow and bureaucratic

Well packaged,postage was slow!
The Frontline Combo Spot On for Cats arrived 17days after ordering it.
I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time, suppose I will know in future to order in advance.
Other than that it was well packaged.

Quick and easy
Easy website to order from. Our package arrived within 2 working days and the products were in good order.
No after sales service
My dog had severe diarrea while changing over (gradually in 1 week) to another bag of Royal Canin Maxi Junior, same feed as before.
The only service I could get was a phone number to the producer of the feed in the UK, who was on vacation by the way. Nothing else so I will never buy anything at Medicanimal any more.

Delivery could be better
Delivery should be free ( as promised on the international website) and a bit more smoothly.
I ordered dogfood which I wanted to have delivered to my friend, at another address which I clearly indicated where requested. However, when I received the order and dispatch information, my name was given at the delivery address.
I called and complained and the dogfood eventually arrived at the correct address, but the next time the same thing happened.
