Suggestion:
I believe you should have a Notation (Highlited or Flasing) Something to draw attention to advise everyone BEFORE they begin have all information ready. Such as Medicare Card and medications that they are currently taking. It's frustrating to stop midstream to get this information because I was afraid I would be timed out.
