I ordered 2 devices and only received one. Paid for custom charges around £103 based on the 2 devices and £68 delivery to the UK so was quite annoyed that I only received a partial order. Contacted their live chat and was told they would not ship out the missing item but will refund the cost of the item and delivery charges. However I made them aware that I was charged taxes based on the value of 2 devices in which the advisor disagreed and stated this was based on the weight on the package even though I sent over custom charge information that this is based on the value. Overall the item was quickly dispatched and received but would not buy from them again due to the service.

This company doesn’t deliver what you pay for. There maybe people who get things as per order , I ordered from Uk. Paid the delivery cost and the custom fees and I didn’t get delivered the price I paid for. The sheet masks were missing. When contacting the customer service they say they can either give me full refund or can reship the order. I was wise and said don’t refund just re ship the order. And the they asked for another shipping address. I gave them all the info and then they say we can’t give you either and apologies. So I feel cheated.
Maybe if you are ordering internationally this is not the good website as maybe you may not get delivered what you paid for and won’t get any refund or service from them

Really really disappointed

I don't know where all the bad reviews come from.. I am located in the US and recently placed my order. I received it in 5 days. I needed to change the shipping address but the online chat was unavailable so I sent an email to customer service. I was afraid that no one would respond after reading all the reviews here but Medicube replied me the next day and everything of taking care of. No one paid me to write this review, I am speaking solely from my own experience. Overall, my experience was great. I guess it can be a little trickier for other oversea customers.

I placed my order on Nov 24th 2023, and today, Dec 19th 2023, my order has not been shipped yet! The CS only sent me ONE email said there are a blast orders bla bla they are working hard to get them shipped to us bla bla. I had to send more emails to rush them. However, they never ship mine! They just hire a bunch of scammers to write them good review. I am here, a victim who fell for those fake advertisements!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Terrible customer service, I need to return one device bc have two , and got other in black friday and I don't have any tracking number/, I wrote many time email nothing, the chat doesn't work.

Ordered 3rd week of November, it is now 12/4/2023 and no word on shipping or tracking number. I have emailed multiple times for an update. Any line of communication would be nice.

Their "live chat" is conveniently temporarily not working. How convenient

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast I ordered on the Wednesday (November 22, 2023) before Thanksgiving and my order was processed and shipped out by the Tuesday(November 28, 2023) after Thanksgiving and it expected delivery is this Saturday (December 02, 2023). From ordering to delivery it will be a little over a week. There was no run around and the turn over rate was fast than was predicted. I am really excited I longer have to worry about ordering from second hand websites or pay for the shipping from Korea!!!

I recently made 2 purchase and one of them I want to return, wrote multiple emails yet no replies. The other order, the status keeps saying unfulfilled even though it has been over a week- got no tracking number no emails whatsoever. How do I contact them and get my money back?

I ordered a package on November 10th. Paid an extra $66 for DHL shipping since I live in Canada. I have no tracking number or any updates on my products WHATSOEVER. I have been emailing almost everyday with NO REPLY altho they state “quick replied through email” on the website. ITS A SCAM I believe so I will be filing a claim with my bank.

Total garbage. You will end up chasing them to get your products. DO NOT ORDER.

I placed an order a month ago, paid around $80 for shipping, and since November 7th, there have been no updates on the delivery. The support team responded once, citing a high volume of orders. However, my subsequent frustrated emails have gone unanswered. Dealing with ghosts for real…

I brought about £370 worth of products after a 40% discount. There was an additional £55 for shipping. After the import tax that was charged it worked out to be about 7% discount as I think they declared the value as full price rather than the discounted price. I got the product within a month but that was after a couple of emails. Each time, I emailed my items shipping would move along. I contacted DHL as a tracking number was issued, DHL advised that the item was ready to be shipped but no pick up was arranged. My package was sitting at Medicube warehouse for a week. When I emailed Medicube about this, the item was picked up the next day. The products themselves are lovely but its just the delivery process is long and painful. They did give me two additional masks as an apology. I will only order from them if they sort out their delivery process and possibly a closer depot so that I am not stung with import tax. Until then, I will order their product from 3rd party's like Amazon, Yesstyle, Olive Young etc

Medicube US is a scam. It's been two weeks without any updates on shipping my orders. I asked the customer service on the live chat, and it was answered by a guy who did not know anything about the company. And he excessively used a lot of pointless honorific phrases like what a scammer would do. A customer service rep not knowing the company is a HUGE red flag. Then later I was told that they have imbalance stocks in their warehouses and yet still got products up on their website. Then I contacted them again and got ignored for days. I already reported this to the bank stating that this is a scam site.

Ordered on the 7th of November. Still have not received a tracking number, no emails back on the progress. It's like dealing with ghosts? Thought this website was legit. Incredibly disappointed!

Is just scam please don’t order anything there :( I lost 1k eur

I am writing this review with immense disappointment regarding my recent experience with Medicube .It has been almost a month since I placed my order, and the lack of response and accountability from the company is astonishing. Despite multiple emails, I’ve received no substantial reply, only excuses shifting blame onto the courier service. This deflection of responsibility is unacceptable, especially when it concerns the products I paid for. I have requested a full refund due to this poor service, but again, there has been no response to my legitimate concerns. This level of customer service is shockingly poor, to the point that I am completely discouraged from ever purchasing from Medicube again. Their handling of my situation is a clear example of how not to treat customers. Absolute disappointment.

I was so happy to receive my order that I bought during black Friday discounts. I have received the tracking code but DHL shows no update at all for almost 2weeks now. They’re customer service is the absolute worse! I tried Email and Instagram NOTHING. Shipping is DHL Express and shipping to Australia cost $145AUD, I was expecting it to arrive at least within a week. I can only pray it will arrive soon…

I was so excited about getting this as a present for my partner, and despite the claim that the item will be dispatched within 5 working days, 3 weeks later I still had not heard from the company (bear in mind that uk shipping was £56).

I tried to contact the company 4 times, waited another 2 weeks and nothing. However, I was fortunate to have purchased this using a credit card, so was able to provide proof about these problems to me, and get a full refund.

I wished I had looked at trust pilot before going through this experience.
The products looks objectively good, but sort out your customer service and shipping.

I was curious about this company for a long time as I have seen a lot of reviews on fb,ig and youtube and I was interested. I thought about it for awhile and finally splurge and made a purchase while they were having a 40% discount. Bought the Korean Glow Maker Home Aesthetic Full Set with Vita C pads for a total of £230.20 PLUS £56 for shipping which I think is too much!. Anyways I went on and paid for it. In the website they said that you will be charge with import duty/tax I did not worry about it as I bought items from international websites and usually theres none and if there is then it is just a small amount. Purchased made 3rd october and was notified 28th October that my items arrived and has to pay import tax before delivery which is £99.39!!!! My goodness that is way too much. I am really shocked on how much you get charged for the shipping and the import/tax. I paid the tax because I have no choice but I will not be buying from them again if this is how expensive it will be. In total I paid £385.59. I think MEDICUBE should give their customers option with the shipping/couriers that are cheaper like other companies because it puts people off. I just hope that the items I purchased is going to work.

Do not trust this company - they are an absolute scam. I made my order many weeks ago and it's still appearing as unfulfilled. They only contacted me twice, at both times, they are stating my address can't be found which is an absolute lie. I have contacted them several times and they haven't responded to any of my email. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
