Omg please knock this medicube us website over i just got scammed i spent over 1k 😭 and they are not returning my money

Do not trust this company!

I wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered on the 4th October, it is now 18th October and there is still no sign of my order being dispatched which was supposed to happen within 5 business days. I have contacted the company to no resolve issue still ongoing.

I have ordered 3 weeks ago and my order is still in status "unfulfilled" - according to their FAQ they ship orders out after 5 business days... I have written them several times with no reply! My last mail was to cancel my order, I have also opened a PayPal conflict so I pray that I get my 800 Euro back 😭

Do not buy! What a scam! Wish I had read the reviews here before I spent nearly £350 on medicube stuff from the US. I knew I had to pay shipping but hadn't noted that customs and VAT would have to be paid separately.
So I've just received an invoice of £130 from DHL to pay for customs and delivery. This was invoiced from the original (pre-discount) value of the stuff I bought which came up to over £600. I just spoke to DHL and they told me regardless of the price I paid, goods are always taxed at the original value - this is ridiculous! It wipes out any savings I would have made buying this direct from the Medicube site. I may as well have just order from Amazon for the price I've paid. I'm so angry!

Absolutely shocking business model....

I ordered almost 2k worth of products ... after 3 weeks of communications, they cancelled the whole order citing unavailability of one of the products. I suggested to remove the unavailable product and give a refund and send the rest. later they changed their mind and cancel the whole order. Asked me to re-order, and when I re-order the price has jumped 30%!!!! what a shocking business practice, I finally asked for special discount code and they reluctantly gave, I was told the code is special for me only with 30% of the total checkout price. The code works but instead of 30% off, it only $11 off the total price! by this time, I am giving up.

Update Sep/23: Got the discount code working after multiple emails communications and request for priority fulfilment. Do not order from this site.. absolutely incompetent !. Medicube has declared the highest amount on the invoice (before discount) and I am slapped with additional import duties and now I have to deal with custom and dhl to get it adjusted. If I knew, I would not even bother. Avoid!

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no sign of my order. Emailed them numerous times but no reply. Asked for a refund really bad service. Hundreds out of pocket, no refund yet and no goods!!

International! So I wanted to purchase from this page so much. But since they are charging me 87 dollars for shipping plus taxes when I get my package I’m gonna have to pass.
I have ordered a lot of things overseas but never have I seen such an expensive shipping before. Seems like a scam, a way for them to earn more money.

Great quality devices, good results, delivery a bit slow

Really poor service. Paid over £60 for 3 day shipping. A week later my items had not even been shipped. I contacted customer service who then informed me that they can’t ship over $800 worth of products overseas. Why is it available to purchase on their website then? And why did they only inform me of this once I reached out to them? Really bad service.

Be careful if you are ordering internationally, the delivery services will charge you again. I paid £60 for them to ship then I found out when DHL called me I had to pay an additional £149 to deliver to me, they should have made this crystal clear at the final checkout step that you have to pay and how much, they clearly don't care about that parts once they get your money you deal with the rest
