I found out about this company through many recommendations including colleagues as a way to navigate the NHS Pension turmoil.

They were supportive and helpful throughout despite dealing with a struggling novice who found the whole system daunting. Their instructions were clear and easy to action, and communications throughout were prompt and useful. They corrected the errors from my NHS Pensions remedial statement that I would not have noticed, saved me money in excess of their fee and provided easy to understand information so I can plan for retirement in the next few years.

Would thoroughly recommend to everyone with an NHS Pension affected by the McCloud judgement!

An easy and comprehensive review which reassured me about the payments I was making to HMRC for pensions. Graham and the team offer expert advice and respond almost immediately to emails and queries. Really great service - cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a productive meeting with Jack today. He went over my pension position which I had been worried about. He produced a set of charts with projections based on different senarios all of which were really helpful. The meeting allayed a lot of fears and added clarity to a complex situation. Overall, I am very pleased.

A most impressive service. I really did not understand what to do following the McCloud reassessment. I had previously had large pension tax bills and so was increasingly nervous about the whole thing. MediFintech have efficiently worked through it all for me. All done and submitted within a few weeks. Thank you.

More helpful than I could have possibly hoped for. Considering the incredible complexity and uncertainty around NHS pensions I had expected some confusion or uncertainty. However, I found the whole Medifintech process faultless. The report generation was quick, easy and well communicated. The follow up meeting was phenomenal- exceptionally helpful and made difficult to understand concepts easy to follow and easy to make decisions on. There was even a subsequent process where additional "variants" could be modelled and reported on. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. They are essential for anyone stumbling in the dark with their NHS pension. I will be using them again in 5 year's time to help prepare for retirement.

I would highly recommend Jack, Graham and the team at Medifintech. They dealt with my request quickly and efficiently, sorting out annual allowance issues and applying the Public Services Pensions Remedy (PSPR). These calculations are complex and these guys are the experts.

This team is fantastic!! Especially Jack!! no one understands the NHS pension system better than them, and Jack has supported me and guided me every step of the way to understanding and challenging errors in my McCloud recalculation and subsequent penalty payments. Whilst its still sadly a sting that has has had to happen, its thousands better off than I would have been and the forecast forward helps to reassure that the next few years should be better sailing with a better guidance for what I need to do next to avoid this happening again. I cannot recommend this team enough, they're worth every penny and go above and beyond just the calculations!!! Jack is still supporting me even to this day with all the aftermath that came of this. Graham and his team made the stressful task of analysing my revised RPSS easy. I had an error in my pension record which had created a massive pension tax growth and potential annual allowance charge but we were able to identify this and rectify it. I would definitely recommend this service.
