My experience with MediPay has been smooth, efficient, and positive. I have immensely high feedback regarding the employee I was in contact with: Ernest! He was exceptional in all aspects of the support I was given throughout my application process. Ernest was pleasant, approachable (somehow even through the phone), and incredibly easy to speak to. His support and advice were given in an efficient and timely manner with full transparency about possibilities and their potential outcomes. Additionally, Ernest made himself available for contact via his direct phone number and email in case I had any questions for him, and he worked quickly with any new information I gave him.
