Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Reps reached out to me personally to confirm fitment and to notify me of shipment. Was received must faster than expected.

The personnel at medshopdirect are customer first in all areas. The delivery company was late in delivering the bed which was slightly concerning as the day was a Friday. Overall, the bed is one of the best and is working well for my husband with Parkinsons.

Omar was great and eager to help me with all my needs.

Bed exactly as described except that the “1 touch” controls are not actually “one touch”. You have to keep your thumb on the button during the entire moving process - which for a Parkinson’s patient is pretty hard (with the tremors and decreased strength). But overall - the bed is wonderful. My husband slept for 5 solid hours without waking up the first night!!! I don’t have to pull him up and out of the bed anymore in the middle of the night, which saves my back. Ordering it online was simple, the company called to verify everything which was great, the delivery was quick and damage free. And the product is fairly easy to assemble - just extremely heavy - so have your strong adult children come over to put it together.

From the ease in ordering to the actual product quality, this mattress has met and exceeded my expectations. I am sleeping better and believe this justifies the price. I knew I made the right choice once I received an email introducing the customer service rep for my account.

I wish there were more stars in this review that I could give this company. The customer service was exemplary. We had some issues with some unforeseen challenges in delivery. But everyone provided excellent communication and support and we were able to get my dad in a much needed hospital bed. I would highly recommend med shop direct. Omar thank you again for all the caring and professionalism during a stressful time.

Everything was great. The person who I talked to in order to get the right Bariatric mattress. The quickness of the delivery. The best of all is the quality of the mattress. This mattress easily holds my weight unlike other mattress. I could not believe that I could buy a quality Bariatric mattress for $300 plus dollars. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH, Medshop Direct.

Med shop Direct really stayed on top of our hospital bed order. We ran into some shipping challenges and they made every effort to meet the challenges. We were very pleased with the installation and follow up. Ivan communicated each day on the order and expectations. We are pleased with the product as well.

We are very pleased with our entire interaction with this company. The communication and assistance was professional, prompt and courteous. We had the pleasure of interacting with the owner as well who was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout. 
Our order was for an extra wide, fully electric hospital bed that came with a mattress plus cover (and had a promotion for a free overbed table included!), all of which arrived as promised. And the price was lower than any others we found online. The delivery man was also polite, helpful and professional.
The bed has benefited our father/ husband in many ways, specifically by increasing his comfort, ability to sleep with less pain, and, in addition, by making it easier for the nurse to apply dressings etc, without uncomfortably straining her back.
