Offering advice, listening to what you want and guiding you, to make the right decision. Nothing is too much trouble, good communication, very professional company. Excellent service from The memorial company, the whole process from beginning to end was dealt with very well. Communication was good, I was informed about everything step by step , Venetia was exceptionally good how she dealt with it all. Very pleased with the headstone & compared to other companies these were very reasonably priced ! Would definitely recommend !

My family first bought a headstone from The Memorial Company over 20 years ago. We returned for a matching plinth 10 years ago and have recently had this updated. Both items were really good quality stone, the text is laid out perfectly and they still look beautiful. Jane and Venetia are both kind and professional without being mawkish and a pleasure to deal with. I can absolutely recommend them.

I highly recommend The Memorial Company! After visiting a few stonemason companies around Birmingham with my children to choose a bespoke headstone as we had already a vision in mind for my lovely husband we all agreed on Jane as she was so reassuring, friendly, patient and had excellent advice. A big thank you from my sister Jean and the rest of the family. Our parents headstone had sunk badly and the company we approached first could not level it. Their cost was higher, communication was poor and after waiting months they finally admitted they lacked the skill and equipment to do the job.
