The staff are very friendly and understanding the emotion that goes with choosing just the right headstone for your loved ones.

This is the second time I have used The Memorial Company, the first time 15 years ago when my mum died and more recently when my dad died and they fail to disappoint. I dealt with Venetia on both occasions and I have found her sympathetic, friendly and helpful, offering advice and suggestions for the engraving. I was kept informed at all times of the process and the headstone was beautiful once installed, and just what I wanted. A fitting tribute to my parents. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

the service i received from the memorial company was excellent ,i was having to purchase a replacement headstone by e-mail and phone as i live in Blackpool they were extremely professional ,kind and very helpful,there headstone is top notch work perfect in every way ,they sent me two laminated photo's of the stone in situ i cannot speak highly enough of this company especially Jane whom i dealt with the most so do not hesitate to put your loved one's headstone in there hands

I would like to say how pleased I am with The Memorial Company. I took over the ownership of my Uncles' grave when the last of my Uncles recently died. As there had not been a headstone there I wanted to have one installed. The Memorial Company have done a wonderful job, all my Uncle's names are there and now they will not be forgotten. The headstone looks so nice and I would recommend The Memorial Company to anyone needing a memorial.
