Straightforward service from ordering to delivery. Can't fault anything. Happy with the service and purchase. Will use again in the future.

I purchased several items of furniture through Amazon and every single piece had an issue. The main problem was the wardrobe. One of the doors had a split through the centre of it and when I contacted them they offered £15 to keep the broken door. As this was a woefully inadequate amount I refused and asked for a replacement door and after some quibbling they sent it. This door was worse than the original and they then offered me £25 to keep the original door and I again refused. After several passive aggressive and sarcastic messages they sent another door. This was also damaged and I now have 3 broken doors which they expected me to dispose of and pay to do so. I made it very clear that I have physical health problems which are made worse by stress and as I can hardly walk I certainly cannot dismantle the wardrobe. This made absolutely no difference to them and they still want me to dismantle and place in original packaging. I don’t have the original packaging and they are knowingly making it impossible for me to return this shoddy low quality piece of rubbish that they call a wardrobe. I have been in contact with trading standards and I am now making a claim through small claims court. Amazon have been about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Avoid this company they are dreadful. I’ve been advised that I have grounds for making a claim against them and will be doing exactly that

We bought the small wardrobe and 4 drawer unit.
It looks lovely and cannot complain about how it looks.
Delivery was very quick also as a flat pack
Here are my moans...
Only 3 bits of wood were numbered.....there was about 15 in all so we had to use the wonderful instruction picture to count the holes in the wood instead.
screws were pretty dire and way too soft to screw in some of the time.
Screws and bits were in a strip of plastic bags with letters in about an inch square size - sometimes 2 or 3 per bag - one gust of wind would have destroyed most sense of what screw was for what-be we managed...the most disappointing for me is the fact that the depth of the wardrobe does not accommodate the length of a standard coat hanger so all my clothes have to be in slightly sideways-so order mini coat hangers!

Everything fine until we assembled the chest of drawers and noticed a chip out of the wood. Luckily it was at the back so not noticeable. However we did want to order more items from the range and this is putting me off. Would have been a problem if the chip was at the front and the furniture half assembled. Apart from that a good service.

Very happy with my table and chairs. Such a good price too. Will definitely shop here again. :-)

Ordered the corona 4 door arch top wardrobe, delivered in good condition and within 2 days with a time slot. We labelled all parts first and it was pretty straight forward to build. However, the bottom front plinth was cut curved instead of straight and so needed to order a replacement. Unfortunately, this was only realised right at the last stage when trying to fit the doors on.
Jayne from customer service was always quick to reply to my emails or phone calls and quickly sent out another piece, no problem. The next piece was straight but far too wide in height and my partner had to use a circular saw to cut it to the right size. Also 2 of the doors are slightly warped so do not shut properly at the bottom but it doesn’t really bother me.
Very pleased with the look of the wardrobe itself, and you get what you pay for I guess! Following that I bought two corona small 4 drawer chest of drawers that went together with no issues what so ever. I live in an awkward small cottage so could only purchase flat pack furniture for the bedroom upstairs, and wanted something that would suit the cottage aesthetic. I was also on a budget and this furniture is very affordable!

I never received my parcel as evri the courier never delivered it. However jayne in customer services was very helpful and I have now received a full refund thank you. Great customer service.

Love ordering from mercers, I'm currently working through every room in the house bedroom next!! X

Great company. Good quality furniture at great prices, fast delivery, excellent customer service.

Had a delivery of the corona sideboard and nest of tables yesterday, ordered on Friday so was happy with the quick delivery.
Had a message via the courier company with a time slot which was great.
Items were packaged well, all instructions straight forward, everything was there that was needed.
I absolutely love my new sideboard and have ordered another one, they really match my new living room decor.

Mercers are quick in their delivery of furniture - which is brilliant!
Recently, I have experienced some issues with screws, dowels etc. being missing. Luckily, I always keep bits from previous furniture assembly packs, so I managed to source some from my stash.
I would also say that I have noticed a marked decline in the quality of their furniture. Once, they were sturdy, well made and without defects or issues. Recently, the quality has suffered - not drastically, but a little.

I've had several pieces of furniture from here in the past. I like the fact that everything is labelled making it so easy to assemble. Recently I've had an issue with a couple of components missing. Jayne (from admin) got on the case, She was amazing - the delivery company mislaid twice the parcel sent to me. A real star was Jayne. Communication back & forth was effortless. I just want to say a big thank you. Finally received components today. Will use this company again & recommend it 100%

Jayne from admin was very helpful with our inquires. Although a little piece was missing (this things happen) the company was sending it straight away.

Great service, got everything I needed and at a time much quicker than expected- ordered on Sunday, received it on Thursday, cannot fault the time frame.
The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 (I cannot give 4.5, but would have otherwise) is as my order was large, it was delivered on a pallet. Which came on an artic. Which wouldn't fit down my street (Think double parking, on a REALLY steep hill). That and I do not have a forklift at my house, so I had to get it redirected to work and brought it home in a works van, which I understand would not be an option for everyone. But still, my order was for 6 items, which came in 15 boxes, so might just me a me- specific problem. Otherwise would highly recommend!
