MerlinDirect domain belongs to shopify.com and same zero-star company. You have to contact them to remind them you ordered a week ago. Wrong size delivered 3 weeks later. Return. You have to contact them to remind them for refund. Ordered again for a proper size. Order status - shipped. 2 weeks later you have to ask them where is your parcel and they say no size available. Refund request. You have to contact them 2 weeks later again to remind them about refund or you will never get refund back if not reminded.
Took 2 months for this nightmare.

Not the best company to deal with took…
Not the best company to deal with took over 4 weeks for my order to arrive due to a system problem. Paid an extra £15 for a logo to be added to one of My shirts. No logo added only wording text. Had to chase my order up, when it finally arrived shirts was you could clearly see just been chucked into the box not folded or packaged at all. No pride or care given, poor communication, poor service, poor product. Definitely better companies in market
