24hour delivery, one week later….
Delivery took way longer than stated on their website as what they do not tell you is that even if it says in stock for next day delivery that is false, the item is delivered from the supplier not from themselves. I had to return my items as after a week not received. The returns process is also flawed. Received no emails to confirm they had received it and it took over a month to get a refund just being told every time they are behind on returns and will process it soon. Will not be using these again as everything is falsely advertised on their website making you think it’s next day delivery when it isn’t.
