Only one negative I was supposed to be on a one year waiting list for a parking space to find out a year later that I won't be possible to allowed me one! But what I like the most is the rapid response that makes you almost feel like you're the only tenant like a one on one service & it feels great!

I have been living at a Metra Living property since last year and have found Siobhan to be a very helpful property manager. It's been really nice to have a dedicated property manager to the building as it means you are able to build a good rapport with them. Siobhan has shown to be empathetic and although things can be very busy, she is very responsive. I'm grateful for all her hard work!

I would not recommend living in a Metra Property. Every single issue was painful to deal with. Multiple issues with the property that were not dealt with for months. Staff appear to have little to no training as “I don’t know” was the most common answer we received. Overall this is company are overpriced and scamming young tenants.

L & Q hiding under Metra living have decided to over charge its residence of adding over £380 a month on top of a rent? The government needs to intervene in issues like this as who increases such amount on an ongoing crisis of living? The communal areas including the windows are all dirty and not been cleaned, the parking garage all filthy and hasn't been swept for years 😑, carpet stained in communal areas not changed and makes rhe communal area offensive, alot are going on which they are not addressing but they think they can just increase rent without getting rhe same standards of services.

I had a fantastic experience with Metra Living, thanks to Sefik Ascieli. From the start, Sefik was incredibly helpful and accommodating — during our group tour he not only showed us the main property but also took the time to show us several other apartments, making sure we had plenty of options to consider.
He answered all our questions thoroughly and was genuinely supportive throughout. Even with so much interest in the apartments, Sefik went the extra mile to help me secure the one I really wanted. He kept me updated every step of the way and provided reassurance right up until the reservation was finalised.
Truly grateful for his professionalism and dedication. Would highly recommend Metra Living to anyone looking for a new home!

There are two lifts in our building at 17 Sutton Court Road, SM1 4FG. One has been completely out of service for over six months, and the other frequently breaks down, often leaving residents without any working lift for days in a row.
On July 12th, 2025, I experienced a terrifying and life-threatening incident when I was inside the working lift, which was going up but suddenly started to fall several floors, stopping abruptly between the first floor and the ground floor. The sudden drop and harsh stop caused me to injure my ankle, and I was trapped inside the lift for over three hours until the fire brigade rescued me.
Since this traumatic event, I refuse to use the lift again, leaving me no choice but to walk up and down ten floors every day, despite my injured ankle.
This situation is unacceptable, dangerous, and completely avoidable if proper maintenance and safety checks were performed. It raises serious concerns about whether the engineering company responsible is carrying out adequate inspections and servicing, and about Metra Living’s duty of care as landlord.
I will be contacting the Local Council, Housing Ombudsman, and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to formally report these dangerous conditions and request a full inspection of the building to protect all residents.
It is shocking that Metra Living allows tenants to live under such unsafe, neglected, and hazardous conditions. I would never recommend renting from them to anyone looking for a safe and professionally managed place to live.
