I have been emailing and messaging Metro Baby for two weeks now - first to try to get information on whereabouts of my Jan 5 order, and then to obtain a refund when I received no response.

Metro Baby has not acknowledged or responded to any of my emails or social media messages.

Their website says most items are shipping within 2-3 business days, and that if there is some delay in stock arrival (3 business days or more) staff will email or call. This has not happened - I can't get anyone there to even respond to me.

At this stage it is not possible for my order to return on time, and it seems it's going to be unnecessarily difficult to obtain a refund.

Bought a UV streriliser and selected pick up from the store. The order was processed really quick and the pick up experience was so smooth and easy. Highly recommended for gift shopping too!

My partner and I absolutely love this store. The products are beautiful and the staff are very helpful. We recently ordered the babyletto cot and change table which arrived promptly and look fantastic.

The staff is so lovely, they have beautiful things and European brands. Everything in there is top of the range. Bought majority of my baby stuff from there. One stop shop. Definitely recommend the place.

We have a new grandson in Australia and we live in the United States. So it was very helpful that the Metro web site facilitated our purchase in U.S. dollars and also delivered the items (some baby bibs and clothes) to our children for their new one. Thank you!

The team of staff are SO amazingly helpful, kind and efficient! They even contacted my pram supplier to determine what canopy & seat covers would fit my pram from 2015, and forwarded me the links to buy them directly from the supplier when they didn’t stock them! I will definitely be buying more from them with such first class service- Thank you Metro baby team!

Service by Metro Baby was first class. As the purchases were for a gift for an expectant couple, I am not in a position to comment on the actual products. However, I have had no adverse feedback from them.
