Excellent communication & service!! Our car was taken for repair after an accident. They collected the vehicle, repaired it like new & returned the vehicle swiftly & easily. It was a stressful time but MG Cannon looked after us from beginning to end. ALL the staff were friendly, helpful & efficient & their communication with us was first class. We took our Ranger in to repair some damage on our wing and they have done an amazing job. They even collected and returned the vehicle for us. Kept us informed of progress at all times. Cleaned it and it came back looking immaculate, almost scared to drive it !! would definitely recommend them.

We went to the Dorchester branch with our MX30. This is a really excellent company. Helpful and sympathetic staff dealing with calls, polite and very efficient assessor who provided a prompt report on the work needed and excellent repair work carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other car owners. In addition a very fair price for the work done.

Very happy with the service provided. No unnecessary phone calls/emails, the car looks perfect - as if nothing happened and was dropped off at my home address as soon as the works were completed. Car returned cleaner than when it was before!

Polite, prompt service. Reasonable price when compared to others. Car returned lovely and clean.

The Westbury garage kept me up to date as the repair work progressed and when the work was finished you couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. The car was pristine, it hasn't looked that clean and shiny both inside and out since I bought it. Only downside was the lack of availability of a hire car unless I delayed a month to have the repair done. Luckily I had use of another vehicle so it wasn't to much of a problem .
