A truly great firm to deal with!
Treated like a human being, the car was fully inspected and damage assessed by one of MG Cannon's engineers, photos taken and possible prices! When MGC were ready for the car two wonderful men (Ed and Steve) picked up the car, they also took photos and explained what would happen. When the car was ready, I was phoned up - early - paid the excess and awaited the car. In due course,about 30/40 minutes, Ed and Steve turned up with a gleaming VW Golf - ours - we all inspected the car and expressed our gratitude to the engineers etc at MGC for a great job. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a professional bunch of people at MGC and has helped a great deal getting over the trauma of our accident which was caused by a third party. Thanks again MGC.

Outstanding company
As this was my first experience I was unsure how it would all go. I found them to be very accomodating with my needs even when I was unable to collect my car on completion due to having my leg in plaster they brought it back for me.
And the guy that brought my car back was very helpful

Beyond expectations
Beyond expectations, could not be happier. Lucy’s input was exceptional. This was a second attempt or rectification work under taken as the first garage had messed up. From start to finish MG Cannon have worker tirelessly to navigate multiple problems with insurance, independent engineers and a whole host of other hurdles. The work completed is just as it should be and I am thrilled to have my vehicle back. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough. Genuinely really pleased-my thanks go to the entire team.

Professional and flawless
These guys are local to me but even if they weren't I would probably still use them. Clare on reception is brilliant, she is really friendly, professional and efficient. On the occasions I have had to use them (because of my poor driving!?), my car has always come back gleaming inside and out, and the necessary work carried out flawlessly.

Excellent body repair shop
Excellent body repair shop. Having had bad experiences in the past where my insurers choose the body repair company on price not quality I chose MG Cannon and I am so glad I did.

Not Right First Time.
Took too long ( over 3 weeks) my car was booked in for a warranty door repair which had a timeframe of 3/4 days .It was driven back to base but my Gloucester Service Centre deemed the finish to be poor quality therefore needed another slot at the body shop and a spray redo. Only then did the work pass muster.
Obviously a quality check lapse here.
