Repair after a traffic incident
A major repair due to an accident was completed at MG Cannon Salisbury. I've used MG Cannon previously and it was my preference to use them again. Knowing they use genuine manufacture replacement parts and the work will meet the manufacturers requirements are a key factor for me. They kept me well informed of progress on a regular basis. The repair was completed to a very high standard and I'm pleased with the outcome. The process was longer than I would have liked but this is due to the demand on their services, so not really a negative, it just indicates the excellent reputation they have.

MG Canon have been fantastic. I had an incident in the car and throughout the process the communication has been excellent. Great staff, great service, great outcome.
My repair experience with MG Cannon was seamless thanks to very helpful and well informed staff who could not do enough for me at every stage of the process.
The repairs were carried out to the highest standards, including a couple of minor scuffs that were polished out free of charge when I went in to collect my car, despite them being nothing to do with the original accident. Great service!
I have no hesitation in recommending MG Cannon and would have no concerns about using them again in future.

All the work carried out on my vehicle was of a very high standard.
I would like my thanks to be shared with the person who carried out the repairs.
All staff I had dealings with throughout the repairs were exceptionally professional. Nothing was too much trouble to Ellie in the office, she kept me updated throughout.
Ed who collected and returned my vehicle talked through everything he was doing etc in a friendly and efficient manner.

Yesterday I picked my car up, after it had been in a accident several weeks ago. At the time I thought it might off been a write off. But the amazing team at MGcannon, did a incredible job. It looks and feels like a new car. They keep me upto speed daily with their online app, which was so helpful. Definitely recommend, the service was 1st class.
