Richard cotter was very professional and extremely helpful in handling the process of my move and organizing my mortgage.

We used Richard to our house purchase, he was absolutely fantastic, we didn't had a straight forward purchase and Richard come with a solution that able us to purchase the house we were tenanted. Up until the day of exchange he monitored the mortgages and we got cheaper rates at the last minute thanks to his vigilant and knowledge. Cant thank him enough. Definitely will call Richard for any future property deals.
