Reading these fantastic last few…

Reading these fantastic last few reviews this company must have changed more than the hulk
I have dealt with them for over 5 years due to the way they tie you into their and their preferred supplier contracts and at no time would I recommend them or say I was even 50% satisfied.
We have had to resort to paying suppliers in full and upfront to get out of contracts so we can get rid of these at the end of the contracts along with the other companies they tied us in with.
Definately check before you sign that your phone contract ends at the same time as any hardware they recommend. or you could end up with hardware you are paying for years after your contract with midshires end and like us you have no choice but to stay with these longer to see out your other contracts that they put you with.
They will say you can go elsewhere but that is easier said than done.
I would recommend to any business big or small that this company should be avoided as my experience has been absolutely dreadful

Faultless Install of VOIP System

Our switch to VOIP system with Midshires was very smooth and was all in place within a day.
Kari handled the initial setup of Caller scripts and to explain the process, Kari was great.
For the tech setup David Thompson and his team were brilliant giving us confidence when we needed the switch over from our old system to be seamless.
So all good and fair play to Saleem for his persistence in getting us to sign up!

We requested a complicated re-direction service plan every day, and they have implemented a process that means we can focus on supporting our community at a difficult time. 5 star quality and service, flexible & professional

We switched to Midshire when we decided to re-locate the factory and found our phone system was outdated. I wanted a low cost flexible solution with minimal hardware. With so many of us working from home spread all over the country we needed to roll out the system and train everyone remotely too. Midshire gave us that very solution. We had some teething problems in the beginning with the wifi and data connection using our existing mobile phones but these were dealt with quickly and professionally. The sales person I deal with Steve R understood exactly what we wanted and working closely with Adam in the delivery team we were up and running in a matter of days. We now have a flexible future proof phone system that works for us and our stakeholders.

Very smooth transition - highly recommended.

The installation team were brilliant and arrived exactly as scheduled. We had a small porting issue which was resolved within 24 hours. Overall very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. The MD has profiteered throughout the pandemic. Offers absolutely no support and feels it fair to charge you twice. Existing customers check your bills because they certainly wont !

A satisfactory outcome

Our business decided to move to Midshires for competitive pricing and we were set up to go just before lockdown, but we put it on hold for a month or so as we were all working remotely and wanted continuity. There resulted a problem from our previous provider, a porting issue? and our numbers ended up being lost in the O2 system somewhere for almost 3 months. It took a great deal of effort and perseverance from Midshires to get this resolved, so thankyou Richard Thornton and Adam Gayden for all you help.

Great Service :-)
I needed a new virtual telephone number for my business and Midshire were able to sort it out quickly with no fuss and at an exceptional price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing telephony services. Great job especially from Jamie Callaghan who was excellent.

Highly Recommend Midshire Telecom

I recently came across Midshire Telecom when I was trying to organise wifi connection for a number of our pupils during the recent school closure due to Covid pandemic.

I have found them very efficient and helpful and most importantly, when I need to phone them I get to speak to them immediately and the phone is answered immediately.

I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We are a small primary school and have recently changed our telephone system to Midshire's. The service provided from the very first meeting, until the installation completion has been first class. The engineer who installed this was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble making the transition very stress free. I would definitely recommend this company.

Midshire Telecoms

We've been using Midshire for copiers and telecoms for many years. The telecoms division are always really helpful, any issue and it's normally solved with in the hour.

9/10 times I speak to Sally and she's extremely helpful and shows pure dedication to the challenge I throw at her! If Sally can't solve then one of the team definitely will!
