Pleasure to work along side

Being a partner company to Midshire Telecom I can honestly say I have never dealt with such a slick organisation, having been part of a similar sized telephony organisation in the recent past offering the same product and services Midshire offer, these guys put them to shame, Sally Elvins is a stand out and a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and informative with anything we are involved in. Keep up the good work guys.

Dealing with Midshire Telecom is a pleasure compared to similar companies. In particular I must mention Sally who is very supportive and easy going.
Nick in Tech support has been a great help and certainly knows his stuff!
Highly recommended.

Great service!

Sally Elvins has been our main contact at Midshire since our move to Midshire just over 2 years ago and the service has been first-class.
Nothing is too much trouble and on the odd occasion that we have required support it has been dealt with in a very efficient manner.

Upgraded telephone system
Midshires provided a much needed upgrade to our office telephone system. From initial contact, right through to after sales support, highly professional and delivered exactly what was needed. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Smooth transition

We were introduced to Midshire through our IT provider about 12 months ago. It has been a smooth transition from our previous telecoms provider and the new kit has allowed remote staff to work more effectively within the business

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY…

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. HAD A FEW ISSUES WITH OUR PREVIOUS INTERNET PROVIDER BEFORE SIGNING WITH MIDSHIRES, HOLLIE AND SAL SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM FOR US FOR WHICH WE WERE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We have been with Midshire Telecom for…

We have been with Midshire Telecom for a couple of years now for our telephone system and mobile phones. As expected we did experience some teething issues during the initial installation but these were quickly resolved by Sally Elvins, who provides excellent customer service and is always willing to help.

The only provider I need...

I've worked with many telephony providers throughout my career, most are robots: no flexibility, rigid in their solution offerings and only really interested in signing you up.

I started working with Midshire c.18 months ago and they have always been there to support our rapid growth with flexible, scalable solutions whilst still being far cheaper than most of the competition.

I know I've taken a lot of their time with multiple projects, some small, some very large head-scratchers but they've always had a suitable solution to everything I've asked of them. My projects often require a quick turnaround and I know that for many companies my requests would be deemed as unrealistic turnaround times but it really feels like Midshire are bending over backwards to help me achieve my targets every single time.

From sales to delivery, communication has always been great and Sally in particular has been exceptional. I can honestly say, I now book in the projects and it just gets done. They constantly keep me posted on progress and Sally knows exactly what is going on with everything at all times.

Genuinely refreshing to know that I don't ever need to worry and that someone will always get the job done exactly as requested, on time, on budget.

Wouldn't change them for the world and honestly couldn't recommend them enough!

Thank you for all your hard work, I look forward to driving you crazy for a long time to come!

My experience of Midshire has been Exceptional

My experience of Midshire has been excellent from the beginning. We had our coms with another company who were worse than awful and switched to Midshire in 2011. Sally Elvins has been the point of contact for me from that date and has been exceptional throughout no matter what the issue it was sorted within a few minutes of me contacting her.

Excellent Friendly Service

Midshires have been our telephone provider for many years and they recently upgraded our old ADSL line to a cloud based system. Everything was carried out on time with helpful friendly engineers. The support thereafter was excellent. Good communication all round.

Happy Customer

We have had nothing but excellent customer service since joining Midshire. Richard Thornton our account manager has been professional in his recommendations and accommodates our telecommunication needs. The engineers when we have needed them are knowledgeable and polite. They are considerate of working efficiently around our day as being a busy dental practice we do have patient's to consider. Would highly recommend to any other businesses.

All Good!

Installed yesterday and all of the service was excellent.
Worked around all our needs in a busy school and the training at the end of the day was simple and easy to follow.
Early days in term of package but so far so good!

Brilliant and Honest Service from this…

Brilliant and Honest Service from this company. My contact at this company was really helpful as even though we had not decided to work with Midshire, they worked really hard with the telephone network holding our lines/numbers to ensure we did not experience any disruption which was caused by our current supplier ceasing to trading.Our switch and new install happened within 7 days the quickness of this was fantastic I had every confidence within this company as I was away out of the country when the transition happened. Would really recommend Arash Hosseini & Adam Gayden and his team they are an asset to the company.
