I can't review the product I've bought because I still haven't receive it, until this moment I can just review the customer care service.

Order placed on the 1st January 2022, I was waiting it at least for the 12/01.
Surprised about the delay I wrote an e-mail to the customer care dpt. complaining about the situation, I got a very clear and professional answer explaining that due to the CO-VID19 situation the delivery is in delay, they've been as well suggesting me to choose the "express delivery" on the next order to be sure that the the timing of the delivery will be much shorter comparing with the standard delivery.

I must give my best compliment to the Staff for the prompt and pleasant reply and to the solution the've purposed, great way to deal with your customers and to build up loyalty.

I will complete the review on the product once I will receive it.

The most beautiful personalized bracelet I have ever had. I smile whenever I look at her. It looks great and thanks to her, I always have the most important events with me - not only in my heart but also physically.

I ordered the bracelet “DIXIE | Love Promise” and I really love it!🥰 It is a product of high quality: clean and shiny, no scratches or flaws.
Except for slow delivery times (also caused by the pandemic and the Christmas period), however, the limit has been respected.
The support service is great! Answer within a day, Laura was very helpful and clear in explanations and information.

I cannot express how happy I am about my purchase. This company is amazing. I ordered on December 16th with priority shipping and on December 23rd gift was already with me. Customer service was very friendly and answered all my questions very promptly. The product itself is very well made. The surface is polished perfectly, with no single scratch on it. I have jewellery from other stores and it always has some scratches and looks very cheap, while this one looks really high quality. Thank you, the gift was very special and perfect!

I ordered "MANILA | My Baby" product with customized engraving for my wife to wear.
The size of pendant is just right and the baby engraving could´t be nicer.

I had some "problems" ordering since I put the wrong information about baby´s birth time in the order. The support was so nice and friendly, answering to my message immediately, so we corrected the order. I want to thank you once again and all praise for that.

It was a suprise for my wife and it melted her heart. She started crying when she saw what it is and now she wears it proudly. All I can say is that it really is such a nice product. There are many products that provide you costumized engraving baby designs, but if/when the next baby comes we will definitely order this one again.

I ordered on 17th October 2021 [Order #83712]. I received the package on 3rd November to India. The package contains only the satin pouch with voucher card for next purchase. The chain I ordered was missing. Since the package was sealed properly, the item seems to be missing while packed. I sent pictures and wrote email to the customer service. The reply was fast from their team but they were asking to check with my family members if they took it. It was ridiculous, I even sent the picture that I received and confirmed them that I received the package myself and opened it. They told me that they will start an investigation with their local post office.
Update 1:
Customer service team has responded proactively to ship another package at free of cost. Kudos to Ms. Laura from customer support, she resolved the issue very satisfactorily.

Received the new package on 17th November and the product is of excellent quality and very worth for your value.

Very good quality, was as expected after seeing the bracelets on instagram. Very helpfull support, i forgot adding my discount code, and first noticed after payment, but without question asked they refunded my discount. Express shipping to Denmark went great. Thank you!

Received my bracelet today with my son’s details and I love it so much! Its beautiful quality and was easy to adjust to the right size. Will be wearing it every day! Laura was super helpful when I emailed to ask about delivery time. Delivery was about 4 weeks to the UK but was worth it.

I'm using the silver coloured Lima Lux with my daughter's name on it. It arrived fast approx. in 10 days to Hungary. It is a really good quality product, exactly like on the pictures. I will definetily continue to collect them. 🙂

Delivery was to Russia. I got it just in time. Perfects quality just like on the picture. Nice small gifts for a special dates I think.
