the bracelet was highly appreciated by my wife. the problem was the shipment because it was lost. luckily there is an excellent customer service that immediately made me a new bracelet. a big thank you to Laura from customer service who followed me very professionally

My experience was great, the bracelets are beautiful as in the photos, I first bought them for my husband and I used “free shipping” it took about 4 weeks as it says on their website. the second purchase I paid for the "fast shipping" I left the note that I had a date to travel, they were very attentive, and my bracelets arrived in 2 business days. I’m so happy.

Good service support, I just expected a little bit more quality but this is nice. They are trustworthy, I and my wife really like the product.

I saw the add on Facebook and even though I didn't know this producer, I liked the idea and gave it a try. Went on the website, added all my choices and did a fast and secure payment. They sent me an email with the tracking number so I could verify where it was. It took a couple if weeks to arrive (I live in Rome, Italy) but it's really worth the wait!! The bracelet came in a nice silky bag, the a discount voucher for future purchases and instructions on how to shorten the bracelet - if needed - to fit my wrist. I did have to cut a piece of it so now it fits perfectly. It's made out of leather and stainless steel and it feels pretty good quality. Overall I'm very happy with the product but also their services, they were fast on responding to my questions prior to ordering and even after I ordered I sent them a message and they responded in a matter of minutes. Great job, will spread the word and will surely buy from them again!
