First thing to say is I am very pleased with my car and the service from Milease overall. I would particularly like to mention Craig, who was excellent to deal with.
The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had some pretty poor communication problems with one of Craig's colleagues, but once he took over, everything was fine. I understand that will not happen again and Craig resolved that matter swiftly and decisively.

Excellent service received from Craig when looking for my new car, I would highly recommend Milease.

Ordered a new Skoda through Milease for a great price. Got caught up in the chip shortage so took a lot longer to arrive than original estimate, but Milease always responded quickly to requests for updates which is all you can ask for.

Craig was fantastic and super responsive in helping me get my new car (which I love!). Excellent service which I couldn’t recommend more to anyone. Will definitely use Craig and Milease again.

Can’t fault the customer communication, willingness to help and reassurance provided by Milease and Craig. I was afraid that i would be without a car due to manufacture issues however Craig kept me well informed and actually notified me that my car was in stock and ready for delivery earlier than planned - in time for Christmas which was fantastic!

After Months of delays from Manufacturers, i finally took delivery of my new Land rover! The service from Milease was brilliant. Having not leased a car before, Craig was really helpful despite my many, many questions! There was a delay in my car arriving, but that way beyond Craig's control and he helped to delay it to get the car on the new plate.

I’d not bought a car on lease before or any way as I’d only had Motability cars so I was very much a rabbit caught in headlights. However once I spoke with Craig at Milease my mind was put at ease. He talked me through everything and didn’t put me under any pressure at all to commit to the purchase. But the good news was their price was soo good I was more than happy to proceed. A top company!
