I have waited six weeks for a blouse. Received 14 emails telling me they are on it and will be delivered soon. I wish I had read the reviews. Completely useless company to deal with they do not give a damm. I will never order again and I certainly would not recommend to any one. T Pitman

Should have read reviews. And Pinterest should know better. Shocking business. 2 awful dresses after 6 weeks waiting. No way to return. Shut this business down someone!

What can be done to shut this fake company down?
I would like to give a minus if I could.
They are making thousands. I didn't use my credit card so trying to claim back through my bank.

SCAM! The company doesn't even exist!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered an item they said was ‘back in stock’. Then got an email to say it would be ‘in stock soon’ so I read the reviews and asked to cancel my order - they refused to cancel it saying it was too late. However I kept getting automated emails saying ‘item almost in stock’ so they COULD have cancelled it, they just decided they had my money and they were keeping it. Item arrived, awful quality and totally different colour, so I asked to return it - 4 times I’ve emailed to ask for the return address and 4 times the email has been ignored. They are disregarding distance selling regulations. They were very quick to reply to emails at the start of the process offering me discounts if I bought more stuff! I have put it into dispute with my bank but I’m not hopeful. Avoid at all costs.

0 points! I ordered 2 items about 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. I have chased and at first they responded with a standard blurb and apology. But now they don’t respond at all. Do not order from this company

This is a fake website. Items sent are nothing like what you order. I payed via PayPal and have reported this and got a refund but sent items back on 13/01/2025 and they are still sitting in customs in China. So now not sure if the address I was given to return is correct.

Total scam

In response to an order for a coordinate suit placed on January 24th, I received the item approximately one month later. However, upon inspection, I discovered a substantial defect on the shoulder. The defect is readily apparent and renders the suit unsuitable for wear.
I am particularly disheartened by the subpar quality of the fabric, which is transparent and significantly differs from the representation on their website.
Communication regarding this order has been severely lacking. I have never encountered such a level of disregard for customer concerns.
The £40 wasted on this purchase is a clear indication of the store’s incompetence. Despite the allure of their website, I strongly advise against making any further purchases from this establishment. The visible defect alone serves as a stark reminder of their unfitness to sell clothing and their potential involvement in fraudulent activities.

Item took over a month to be delivered. Quality was not good. Wash instructions different on the label to the website.
I emailed within 1 day of ordering after checking trustpilot reviews to cancel my order, they refused. After some digging you can find that their returns policy is to return to china at your own cost - that would cost more than the item itself!
When i asked for a refund they offered me discount on a second item, i finally agreed to a 50% refund and now they've stopped replying to my emails.

They're scumbags taking peoples money for poor quality products.

Oh dear. I came across an ad and was completely taken in by the photos and description of some “cashmere” sweaters and ordered before looking for reviews. Big mistake! The clothes arrived eventually, after about 4 weeks. The cashmere in reality is a blend of acrylic, polyester and various other non-natural fibres. They look and feel what they are - cheap clothing. The one good thing is that the sizing is pretty good so they are actually wearable, more for dog walks and layering at home, but not for what I intended. If you want cheap clothes there are much better places to look. If you want clothes that look like the photos and that are truthfully described stay clear of Miles London and probably all other online clothes sites with “London” in the name. There may be somewhere in China called London, but it’s not London UK !

Shocking ! Order placed in 31/1 and full payment made. Now on 28/2 and nothing received and no reply to any emails

Oh my. Lesson learned. Read reviews before ordering.
This is a company needing to be shut down immediately. Deserve no star rating at all, sizing unbelievably out of line, delivery time dreadful, quality? Awful.
Might as well have thrown the money down a drain. After reading opinions of other customers I have no chance of rectifying this error. Under no circumstances part with any of your money for this trash being sold by ‘Miles.London’

I have just received an item after a VERY long wait.
It's the WRONG item which is obviously cheaper than the one I ordered!! I've tried contacting this company (which I believe is Chinese not London) but there's no phone number and the emails are bland and unhelpful. I refuse to pay for postage to return this cheap t-shirt. I have to accept I've lost £30 for a top I never received.
I find it incredible to believe the poor service hasn't been raised by customer protection.

My second and followup review of these scammers.At the beginning of December 2024 I posted my return( a damaged dress of poor quality).
This has been in Chinese customs since December 25th 2024.I have emailed Miles of London several times,but cannot help and until it arrives at the dubious address...warehouse,I will not recieve my refund.I have recieved lots of very polite emails from the company which mean zilch!!!

I have written 2 reviews about my experience and given all the details of my disgust and disappointment. I can add no more

I had to award 1 star as that was the only way I could get to the next stage. This site does not deserve any stars It is a total scam! I tried for weeks to get my order changed. I was sent a garment described as a coat what I got was a piece of mangy materiel square, no shape with sleeves and a hood. In fact I still have them. They are awaiting to go to the charity shop as rags.

I am horrified to say I purchased 6 items from this company. Took a month to arrive. Honesty nothing like the photographs & like many on this site the quality was very poor. I have emailed 4 times & used the online app twice without any response to return. So frustrated at the breach of trust & lack of customer service. Has anyone ever received a return label from this company? The reviews on their site are obviously false because they are all about the quality. I am thinking of contacting the Ombudsman. If Miles London read this please contact me. You will be out of business if you continue to treat your customers like this.

I can’t believe that what’s been delivered is what I ordered. My order was for a pale blue swing coat with a shawl collar what arrived was a straight casual cardigan coat with a hood

I have to agree with most people on here, I wish I had read these before purchasing. I got a blazer that looked great in the photos but it was to small and cheaply made. I emailed to get a refund and so far have been totally ignored. You have to return within 14 days so what's the betting they wait until it's far too late for me to get it back! Such bad customer service.
