Like many other reviewers, order made weeks and weeks ago, just email after email from the company saying we’re sorting, we’re getting there blah blah, all in that oh we’re so cool but actually just really flipping annoying modern marketing tone. Then didn’t even bother to reply when I reached out. Don’t bother with them, you’ll just end up annoyed.

A Jumper ordered on the 20th January was out of stock, then restocking then on its way then in transit and now on the 20th February still not arrived.
The worst experience of online purchasing I have ever had. They are truly awful.

First contact - told re-stocking after a 'busy Christmas period!! Since this, I have received a series of 'great news' emails from Miles London telling me my order (loafers) is on its way/in stock/in transit etc etc - over 3 weeks now since placing.Tried tracking my order but no joy. My tracking number is not recognised. Disgraceful. Referring to 'How might the company improve? - quickly go out of business comes to mind. Like other reviewers, I am angry with myself for ordering anything. Should have checked reviews ahead of time, but not easy to see these when placing an order. No address. No telephone number. No conscience? I have no confidence that my order will arrive any time soon. I know reviews should be constructive, but this is impossible. I have requested a refund, but was told to wait until my order arrives before this would be a possibility - 2026?

Don’t want to give this company any stars. Really slow delivery, 3 weeks and still waiting. Awful customer service. The item was meant to be a gift but the date has passed. Got an email telling me the item would be dispatched as soon as possible so I asked them to cancel and refund. This request has been ignored and apparently the item is on its way. I would normally just send it straight back but there’s a charge for that. So looks like I’m stuck with whatever arrives.

Having read customers reviews I wish I’d seen them prior to ordering. It won’t happen again. The dress I ordered is awful and although I emailed them beginning of February have yet to receive a reply. I’m wondering if it’s even worth trying to get money refunded as I was in hospital having had a stroke and also two broken vertebrae in my back, when it was delivered. Very Late, I might add. My initial order was twice delayed and now I’m out of time for return by 4 days. I was going ask them for some understanding but I don’t think I can manage the stress of it right now. Having read their multiple return instructions I must put it down to experience (a bad one!) I hope this helps someone as your reviews have helped me.

Do not waste your time, the worst customer service ever, they are a Chinese company. Don’t be fooled into thinking they’re in London, it’s bull shit.
My jumper was being sent, it wasn’t being sent, there was a delay, they were waiting for stock, all a crock of shit. Took 3 weeks to get my money back and the cheeky f**kers deducted a carriage cost, I gave up in the end.

I ordered a dress on the 10th of January and have not received it. When contacting the company I have been told it is due to postal problems and that they are looking into it. I have been sent the same email twice word for word which in itself indicates that it is a standard response. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order anything , it is A TOTAL SCAM. I been left with no dress and now after checking the reviews (which I should have done first). Looks likely I will

I don’t understand how this company and WEAR NOUVELLE, and likely others, are allowed to keep trading in the UK. I have not seen one good review - apart from their fake ai website!
They are false advertising!! Their products are always on sale and you think you are getting an expensive item for cheaper - however it’s not even worth the cheap price!
‘Easy hassle free returns’ are not easy and not hassle free if you have to
1. Wait for numerous emails to come back with a return address
2. Arrange and pay for postage
Or
I do have the option of purchasing something else of the same value however I need to pay postage!!

Ordered knitwear and it was printed nylon! Shocking company and a complete scam - not returning my messages either, don't think I'll get my money back!
Please don't waste your time and lose money like I did - its a scam!

I wish I had visited this site before buying goods. I returned goods which were cheap versions of the advertised garments , the return address was China . Tracking the parcel found it has been in Chinese customs for over two months. They refuse refund until they receive package, so I am down refund and postage ,a very expensive lesson.

SCAM SCAM SCAM company. They have a fake address on site for London but are based in China. ALL clothing incorrect sizing and nothing like the pictures. Also will refuse refund absolutely SCAM.

I ordered a dress and another one was automatically added and I couldn’t delete it. I emailed them straight away and explained and asked for it to be cancelled but I was still charged and they emailed back saying their systems were not functioning. They sent me the grotesque nylon dress first and when I emailed back they told me that they would give me a 30% discount and I could keep the dress. I emailed back and eventually they said they would give me 40% back and I would have to ship it back at my expense and then they would reimburse me but that’s if they acknowledge receipt which I doubt. I am now going to see reviews on a company before I ever order anything again😡😡😡

Ordered a dress it came adventuly.The dress was packed in a plastic bag, very creased and it was to small across the shoulders. Tryed to get a replacement but they didn't seem to like that idea so asked for a refund but they have failed to get back to me. Couldn't recommend this company.

Mine is a similar story to others; ordered clothing item which took an age to arrive, on arrival the item was shockingly shoddy and cheap looking, having asked for a size 3X, what arrived was tiny and just wrong, and i asked for my money back. They did everything possible to sabotage the refund, despite 'easy returns' advertised in promotion, and told me to post it to China which would have cost £20+. Sadly came to the conclusion that this company is a scam; have nothing to do with them.

This company is a fraud ordered a jumper it’s nothing like the advertised picture not the same in any way cheap and a printed version on a nylon top Do not trust this company.

I can’t believe I didn’t check this site first before I ordered I never to do that usually ,but I did and it’s my own fault Do NOT use this company I have been now waiting two weeks for my item I have written to them asking for a refund but nothing and the clothing does come from China which is very misleading from there site!!!I have written off the money for this now so that has been a harsh lesson to me always check reviews first .

Well what a waste of money. Garment advertised as wool/cotton, no way is it either. There is no label, washing instruction or care label. It is a total scam.
Waited 3 weeks for item. Advertised as 3xl for size 20. It wont fit my mother who is a size 12. It is 5 inches shorter than the picture. I cannot believe how shoddy the garment is.
I am annoyed that I did not look at reviews befire ordering and I certainly will not order anything from this company again.
I still have not had a response from the email I sent a week ago and 2 days ago.
I feel as if I have been mugged!

I’m another customer who wishes they checked the reviews before ordering. Over 2 weeks to receive a jumper advertised as wool/cotton. AI generated replies to enquiries for delay that made absolutely no sense. On receipt it is clearly cheap acrylic. Ordered size 18, item is size 12. No information label, no washing instructions. Sort of thing you find in markets for £5. Website states ‘free’ returns but if you look at their returns and refunds page it says they don’t do free returns and you have to pay the postage back to Asia. Shan’t send it back as I doubt I will get a refund. Have emailed them to say they have sent wrong size. No reply and I don’t expect to get one. Jumper will go to charity shop. I’m a mug for buying but they are clearly experienced scammers as their website and advertising set up is sophisticated on the surface.

I ordered a suit which was advertised on the website as Gold and I received it in Red. I cannot get a response from them. The colour that was on the model advertised was clearly gold. I would not recommend this site and would give them a minus star.
