DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM- Chinese polyester printed rubbish not knitted - endless thread of e mails delaying a return so that it expires the return policy date. Wish I’d looked at reviews , have thrown it in the bin

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY. Have ordered a jumper 3 weeks ago which came today from China and was nothing like the picture. Picture was a chunky knit oversized jumper what came was a skims polyester dupe!

Please please don't get conned into using this retailer. Waited weeks for delivery and returns process is expensive and time consuming. I shall cut my losses. My parcel,a dress, is such.poor quality it's already in the bin 30 minutes after it was delivered. BE WARNED

This retailer should be avoided at all costs. I do not believe their existence is legitimate and I wish I had looked at other reviews on here before purchasing an item a few weeks ago which has still not arrived. I have had several email exchanges with them regarding the progress (or lack) of my order, each with another apologetic excuse from them regarding its delivery. They are also doing their best to avoid providing me with a refund. Dreadful and not worthy of even the 1 obligatory star I have given them.

3 weeks on from order and still waiting for delivery. No response from customer service so requested a refund yet no reply yet. AVOID

Absolute scam website. DO NOT USE! I am an idiot for buying anything from them, please don't make the same mistake. I bought some trousers which were terrible quality so emailed to return them and was given a bizarre address in China and told to return them there for a refund. There is nothing about international returns in their returns policy. I am now going back and forth endlessly to try and get a resolution as don't trust them to issue a refund if I do pay to return them to China. Absolute nightmare. Will continue to try to find a way to report them wherever I can (don't hold out much hope) and to try and get my money back (hold out even less hope!). Wish I'd seen the reviews first! If I get any sort of decent resolution I will update this review but for now, stay well clear of these thieves!

What can I say …. Have waited for item for over three weeks to be shipped and still waiting … customer service responded with email to say they was changing logistics. Never the less still waiting for item, so have given up & Order is now cancelled and refunded accordingly … very disappointed because not seen a jacket like that anywhere else to purchase … 🙁

Quite annoying to buy items and wonder why they are taking so long to be delivered and when they are delivered the item, the quality and the design are SHYTE.

I placed 2 orders because I did not see something on my first search. I spoke to someone called Jessa and she would not cancel the second order and there was no way of doing this on the website.

Miles London will have you assuming the company is in London but reading this thread it's quite clear that they are not in the UK and in fact in China !!

Like others I wish I would of checked reviews before parting with the money I did. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!

Do not buy this Brand . My experience was the worst I have ever experienced . The product took 6 weeks to arrive : the quality and finish of the garment would not pass normal quality control . I have e mailed them several times to return the item for a full refund but they ignore any correspondence to do with a REFUND

Please do not buy anything from this company. I purchased multiple items all sizing wrong, fabric not as described polyester and cheap acrylic and nothing like the descriptions and videos. I contacted them to return my purchases and was advised that I could have 50% off a further purchase. They are not London based, stuff comes weeks after purchase from China.

Shouldn't have had to give any stars but had to to write a review. This company scammed me for £55 pounds when they went under another name. I got no product and no explanation. It is a Sam and how can they get away with it?? They just keep changing their name.

Yes, I wish I looked at these reviews first before ordering from these thieves, impersonating as London based. I ordered two sweaters thinking they were made of cotton as stated on their website. Blatantly misleading the customer, just cheap polyester and acrylic. One of the sweaters was smaller than the other. They should have been the same size. It’s almost impossible to return to China, I only received 10% off which is nothing compared to what I paid. It’s a shame these Companies exist but at least customers can voice out their experience to avoid these scammers in the future.

Chinese scammers represent themselves as a UK company. I ordered an XL woollen sweater with suede elbow patches and received a dreadfully made, tiny polyester POS that I threw straight in the bin.

Thieves 小偷 (that's "thieves" in simplified Chinese should these scammers ever bother to check their reviews). I am also happy to tell them to 去操你妈妈 but I'd better not translate that into English.

I wish I had looked in here first to check this website!! I've fallen prey to the same scam. Looks like a beautiful knitted and embroidered jumper (which I have seen on someone in real life!), but is in fact a blurry print on cheap fabric - not worth £2 nver mind the original price tag of £70. I'm trying to return as would rather the postal service get my money than these pirates.

Very poor treatment. get the lesson, never again buy without checking the company. Big scam. I am still waiting for the jacket I ordered. I font have contact with customer service… no one writing me back.

This company is not in London. It is in China. Delivery takes about three weeks, the quality is awful and even the colour wasn't true. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I had purchased . I have returned the dress at my expense to see if I get a refund as promised in the email correspondence I have had with someone called Jessa. I have also raised a dispute with trading standards in UK as this website should be shut down. It is dishonest.

If I could write a review giving minus stars I would have done. It should be -10.

I returned two items to the return address on the parcel, it was tracked and signed for. I had an email to say a full refund would be given once they received the return. They are refusing to give my money back because they say the parcel should be returned to CHINA ?? Their website DOES NOT advise returns will be to CHINA.
This company is not legitimate and you should not buy from them.
I will be contacting trading standards.

I second all that I've read so far which is it is a SCAM
No resemblance to what is in the photos and taken weeks to receive the item, unfortunately I have more to come! The quality of the knit is thin and badly finished and I ordered a size 20 (3XL) but it is more like a size 10 and short, not at all like the long length jumper in the photo. I haven't tried for a refund yet?

First i was pissed off because i waited 2 weeks but i had contact with the customer service and they helped me figure it out and i got 10% discount voucher on the next order . Ps it’s not the best quality but for that price i can’t complain.

i ordered x 2 dresses which were supposedly on sale, when I received them they looked nothing like the photo, were covered in threads and a child could have made them better! You cannot get a refund unless you send the items back to China at your own expense. SCAM, DON'T BUY ANYTHING! I'm going to report them further.
