A scam please dont buy from them, what they advertise and give is totally different. The colour and design are totally different from the picture - offering me no refund but to select something else from their other poor quality items. Saw them on Pinterest - very very disappointed. Complete scam. Deserve no stars.

Scam! I liked the look of a “soft wool knit” Christmas jumper for work. Ordered it and was impressed with the speed with which it was ready and the website link I was sent. BUT, it took over 3 weeks to arrive, customer service emails were friendly and apologetic, but the jumper was not wool, it was 100% polyester with a PHOTO OF THE DESIGN on it. I asked to return it and have been offered any other of their clothing free except for paying postage and any difference in price. £40 wasted and v disappointing experience

Bought a pair of shoes and were 2 inches too small. You'd think Miles London would be easy to arrange return but no, they are in China and a refund is impossible as is a return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Complete sham. I'd seen this company pop up a few times and I was taken with a cashmere turtleneck sweater. Original price was reasonable and not dissimilar to the cost in a retail outlet, and a discount was applied. Ordered the item, waited two weeks for it to arrive. When it did to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The item was nothing like the image on the website and had been mis-described and mis-sold. There's not an ounce of cashmere in it, there is no indication of what it is actually made of and there is no care label attached. It is an absolute disgrace. This is the first time I've been caught out, and it could have been a lot worse. I'm now trying to invoke the returns/refunds process but I'm not holding my breath. AVOID THIS SITE/COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. IT IS A SCAM.

I have just been looking on this site. The clothes look lovely and I was about to place an ordet, but there was somthing suspiciousin about the site. How could such lovely clothes still be in the sale for all sizes, the sale price was basically the same for everything and the faces were not shown on the models. It was then I decided to look at reviews. Thanks Trust Pilot and thanks to all the people who have reviewed this scam of a site. Saved me some money for sure.

Firstly Miles is not based in London it is actually in CHINA 😡 so obviously was not next day delivery and parcel delivery took two weeks.
Very disappointed in jumper received. Poor fit, finish and quality. I have purchased better quality from Primark for £10.
Return / refund impossible. After several emails I was provided with a very suspicious looking return address. I was instructed to return tracked & signed for postage which i was quoted to be £22.50. I have not returned the jumper and claimed my money back via pay by PayPal.
VERY DISAPPOINTED with a very messy experience 😥

Do not use this company! Quality very poor, not as adversised at all. XL sixe ordered and it will fit a child.

One star isn't deserved. I have been emailing the company because the dresses I received were hideous and one 'pocket' dress didn't have the pockets! I have had replies but a generic reply not addressing my problem. Today they sent a return address but I am no further as without a name or email for recipient the courier won't accept. It's pretty tough when I still need a dress but have wasted £60+ on this Miles-London website. Beware as there are other sites linked to it too. It seems to me that they send cheap tat but inflate the price to cover the cost of sending from China using pictures on their website that have either been airbrushed(!) or copied from elsewhere. I wish I'd visited Trustpuilot before ordering. Expensive mistake and now no money for the needed dress!

Same as all other reviews. It’s not a UK company. Super awful quality and ridiculous sizing. You can’t return an item. The ads are super misleading and looking at the price you wouldn’t think it’s so much worth than shien or temu

Complete ripoff! I can only confirm everything that has been mentioned by the previous reviews.
Misleading description and photos of very poor quality items, size M didn’t fit a size 6 person, no return address provided and a ‘customer service’ who will do every trick in the book to delay and/or prevent a return.
Absolute scam, so do not even consider ordering from them.

I have been caught out and bought what looked like 2 lovely dresses. They are both absolutely awful and have gone straight in the bin. Hubby said, ‘use the fabric for something else’. No chance as it’s nylon, and horrible design, not like the photos and videos on website. Completely duped. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered item beginning of Dec 2024, assured it would arrive for Christmas , it never, received between Christmas & NewYear, quality Poor , trying to return, they said I could keep the item &they would give me 30% money back , I have said no,now they say I need to return & pay the Postage , shocking , do not buy from this company poor quality

If it were possible I would give no stars to this company.
How can they continue trading and lieing to customers. Fooling them into thinking the garments they are buying are beautiful quality like the catwalk movies they are putting up !! Quality and fabrics are described wrongly and fraudulently. Simple returns ? Not true . I have been sent an ugly shoddily made piece of polyester sack instead of the lovely dress they are advertising.
Please do not buy from this company. I complained to Pintrest about this advertising and they were looking into it. Weeks later Miles London are still trading on there.

Can’t believe I fell for it twice sent me an email telling me I hadn’t finished my order so completed the order. They charged me twice sending me two poor quality dresses tried to send them back but they don’t want to know do not buy from them complete scam I will try to charge back from my back

Shocking. Do not waste your time or money. Items sent are not the same as those pictured on the website. Cheap tat from China, that takes weeks to arrive.

Very poor quality jumper which I purchased in a size large but appears to be a child’s fitting!
No internal care/ brand labels at all.
Garment bears no relation to the images presented on the website. Should have known better.
Cynical, greedy marketing of crappy products. Indeed, a scam.
I’d like to return and request a full refund- but have read on previous reviews that this company don’t refund. Not going to waste time and more money on returning this dreadful garment to China. Just what they bank on (literally!) I’ll have to accept that I have been scammed ☹️

Totally misleading website 'Miles London'. I thought I was getting a half price sale bargain from a UK company for a beautiful looking coat, but once tracking was available I could see it was coming from China and delivery was likely to be a long time.
My second concern was that the quality would not be good and size would not relate to UK sizes, as in the past I have ordered clothing from another well known online Chinese company and it bore no similarity to UK sizes.
I emailed their customer services to ask about delivery times and was fobbed off with 'exceptionally high demand', which they should be prepared for when putting on a sale.
Another 7-10 days went by with no movement on the tracking, so I emailed them again. This time it was the fault of 'Black Friday'.
I finally received my order exactly a month from ordering. I was pleasantly surprised as the coat actually looked like the pic on the website. However it was more like 'hoody' fabric than coat, although it is still wearable. The size was a bit snug for winter wear with layers underneath, but will be ok when warmer weather arrives. So it is usable, hence the two stars.
HOWEVER If I'd known it was coming from China I would not have ordered based on past experience. I feel that the price I paid in a 'sale' from what I thought was a UK company (worth it because of the quality and service one expects) was in this case excessive. I wish I'd read the reviews first, although I have been more fortunate than some in actually receiving a wearable item.

I'm so angry with myself for falling into the Chinese rubbish garment scam!! Ordered what looked like a knitted Xmas jumper, £34.99, the very beginning of December. Just had the garment delivered. Dreadful 100% polyester with badly printed picture on it. Sewn extremely badly!! Avoid this company like the plague!!!! Nothing to do with London at all!! Would really like to get my money back. Probably not a chance in hell.

The item is nothing like the picture. It is supposed to be a jumper but it's synthetic fabric with poor quality printing on it. AVOID this company like the plague. It is a Chinese company calling itself 'Miles London' and putting pictures on its website of beautiful garments then sending something cheap and tacky in their place. Such a scam. I've learnt a lesson. Don't click on FB links to fake Chinese websites

Do not buy from Miles London!!! Liars and cheating con artists! It’s hard to describe what I received I don’t believe anyone would wear it! I certainly wouldn’t have parted with hard earned money for what turned up! Definitely a fire hazard! And read the return policy!! lol
