Early December (11th), I ordered what was displayed as a pretty Christmas woolen jumper. Cost: £34.95.
It has just been delivered (30th December) and is absolute rubbish. It is NOT a jumper, but a swaetshirt made from synthetic material with the design printed on it.
There are no product, or cleaning, labels sewn in it.
I was so shocked that my husband suggested I google Miles London to read reviews. I now feel foolish as the reviews are all critical of the company and their products!
Beware. Read reviews!!
It seems highly unlikely that any refund will come my way.

If I could it would be minus10 stars.
I ordered what I thought was 2 lovely knitted sweaters.

Oh no .....they are made of cheap thin material with a knitted pattern printed on them.
I have emailed them so that I can send items back( they are not even out of the bag) and have asked for a refund.
I wish I had reviewed them before purchasing.
They came back to me offering a free item but I had to pay postage!
I emailed again yesterday to say I did not want the items and want a refund - as yet not heard back - how am I to get my hard earned £60 back?
I will be going to a solicitor for advice.

Absolute rubbish. The “jumper” are nylon printed cr&p. Nothing LONDON about this site. All dreadfully made utterly unwearable rubbish from CHINA! Do not buy.

AVOID at all costs! Ordered what I thought was suede coat, and trainers. Coat arrived today it’s horrible nylon shoddy cheap tat! With no sign of any trainers! Have emailed the contact address to return it and taken up a dispute with bank to try and reclaim money! And will notify trading standards , shame whole website can’t be shut down along with the people who run it .Whole company is such a scam for selling cheap , nasty goods . Wish I had read reviews before buying anything!

And a host of others. I bought shoes which were meant to be hand crafted with baby soft suede. What turned up was badly stuck together machined crap with soles made of cork.
One thing I would advise everyone, don’t bother arguing with them you will get nowhere.
Also they say in the small print that they will only take refunds if the bag not opened. My bag was ripped and I wonder if they do it so you can’t send back.
Anyway JUST ASK YOUR BANK FOR A WHOLE REFUND I did that and they gave it me no problem. Three weeks later the company contacted me asking why I did it so that blocked them. Haha looks like I got the last laugh 🤭!!!!

Really wished I had read these reviews, I have been caught out thought I had ordered a lovely Christmas jumper no it was a shiny horrible sweat shirt absolutely disgusting. They are taking pictures from designers and then sending absolute rubbish. I can’t believe they are still getting away with it . Do not buy from this fraudulent company, I have asked for a refund but on reading other reviews that’s not going to happen.

This company is a disgrace. I thought I was buying from a London store, should have known better. The item in the picture is beautiful, the item I received is nothing like it! Only fit for the bin. I’m disgusted. They state ‘hassle free returns’ but back to China and the customer pays! Wish I’d read reviews before I purchased. Lesson learned. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Had my auto bank payment which l had never given them .they then changed my order to TWO of the same.
Have put it hands of bank fraud.
Nothing to do with London.after many complaints been; told one. Order will be refunded ,now can they do that now l cancelled credit card.?

If you should get involved cancel your card immediately to prevent order from being removed from PENDING which should stop payment

This company is selling cheap machine made polyester garbage, from China. Not a UK company. I'm emailing this lot at the moment, trying to get a refund. They are offering me 20%! The items are not as photographed or described, also not a single label on the item. I'm reporting them to Trading Standards.

My poor mother was offered a discount code for another item or a 20% refund back following a delivery of an item not as described. BS…..horrible people running a horrible company. Shame on them.

Utter rubbish. Wife ordered an Xmas jumper and received a polyester top with a scanned and printed image on it. Not even a high-resolution image. And being polyester, we can't even burn it to warm the house or compost it to get some practical use out of it.

Not UK based. Returns are at the customer's expense to an address in Asia that will only be provided once you send them an email.

Avoid at all costs. Buy local or from companies you know are reputable, and that have a website you have verified.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ignorant and disrespectful. Refusing to refund my order as it is nearly three weeks late and I no longer require the goods. They fail to understand the rights of the consumer and need to read up on their customer service skills. Do not use this company!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money. An item eventually arrived but it was extremely poor quality, the wrong colour and did not resemble the item I ordered. There were no company labels or washing instruction labels. I have better cleaning cloths than this!!! Scandalous how do they get away with it?

I ordered what looked like a knitted christmas tree jumper, really nice in the picture, what I got was the knitted jumper photocopied on to a polyester top. It's disgusting, the most horrible nylon material top which I will not wear, And it took ages to come from China when they pretend they are a London store.
I feel ripped off, do not shop here. Just shows how good the advertising on Pinterest and Instagram can be.

Company is a scam not in London fake goods quality poor disgusting customer service do not buy from this company. At the top of website it says hassle free returns not so returns are at your expense to Asia

Wish there was a zero stars! Misleading website. Images are not the items you will get. Terrible. Not from London or UK, poor quality garments from China. Not even the same design or materials. Wasted my money. Was offered a discount for next purchase. Never will buy from them again. Then offered a partial refund for one of the dresses. I foolishly ordered 3 for Christmas and winter season.

They are not based in London despite the name leading you to believe so. The images on their website make their items look like they'd be good quality. The quality is far from good, do not buy from this website. I then tried to return my items and was offered a 30% refund!? Or 60% off my next order. Why they think I'd want to reorder from their site is beyond me, especially after I've just mentioned that I'm unhappy with the quality.

It's unlikely there will be any case of a refund here so I'll be taking this up with my bank to see if they can help.

I read the reviews, did some checking and still got caught out. Ordered two lovely dresses for my birthday and accessories to go with them (thankfully from an English-based company).
I received an email today saying that they had dispatched my order with tracking. When I checked the tracking the goods are in China and will take up to 14 working days to arrive. Too late for my birthday and from the reviews here the dresses will only be fit for the bin. Disgusted, disappointed and upset. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!
UPDATE: The items I received were as expected…rubbish!! One dress was way too small and wrong colour, the other dress was very poor quality and won’t even wear it around the house. Both went in the bin!
