Chinese scammers represent themselves as a UK company. I ordered an XL woollen sweater with suede elbow patches and received a dreadfully made, tiny polyester POS that I threw straight in the bin.... See more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered an XL.The size they sent me said XL but my size 8 daughter couldn’t fit into it. Quality was terrible and they will only part refund or make me pay expensive shipping when the fault is 100% theirs. Useless.
VERY POOR QUALITY GOODS AND POOR…
VERY POOR QUALITY GOODS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I ordered a Jumper described as 'soft and cosy cashmere'. What arrived was certainly not cashmere and the quality was really poor and much too big. The order also took 15 days to arrive. The website said hassle frees returns 14 days so I read their returns policy. Strangely there is no company address on the website but it does give you an email promising to send a return address. I have written and requested the address and have been put off a number of times. First my email was returned saying I had gone against their spam policy. Once I had reinstated my email address they offered me 40% off my next order. When I refused this, they offered me a 40% refund and to keep the goods. I am really unhappy about the treatment I have received. I am still in correspondence with them, trying to get the return address.
Scammers - will never shop here again
Bought some shoes from here, thinking they looked good. I bought a size larger but the shoes came 2 sizes too small, despite being the size I ordered.
I contacted the customer care team after looking online to find the email address for returns as the order email had no mention of returns whatsoever.
The responses were pretty quick, by some guy calling himself 'Mazhar', however he went out of his way to make my life difficult and not send a return address.
I pointed out the the item was faulty in that it wasn't as described - the sizing is out, so first he offered me a 15% discount. Upon explaining that the boots aren't fit for purpose, and I can't keep them because they're too tight, he proceeded to offer me a 30% discount. Not sure which part of 'they're too small for me' he didn't understand. So 6 emails later, with each on asking for the return address, I still have no return address and am still waiting for this to be resolved. I think I may have to seek assistance from my credit card company as these clowns just aren't completing a simple return.
Determined not to be caught out again…
Determined not to be caught out again by Chinese companies I checked out Miles London( obviously not well enough) as well as reviews.
It should be called Miles FROM London as it is of course from China.
A cheap copy, not faithful to the design ,and horrible fabric.
Save your money and disappointment
This company are appalling
This company are appalling. They are a sham. They have photographs of clothing that look lovely but in fact are made of cheap tatty fabric. The design is also really poor and looks like it is made up of spare pieces of cloth sewn together as there is an odd seam partly down across the thigh. I didn't even bother to try it on. They do not offer a full refund - only 20% AND you have to return it to China, although they say "Miles of London". I doubt that Trading Standards can do anything but I will try. Companies outside the UK are probably not covered by our higher standards. There should be a law against such companies exploiting people and misrepresenting where they are. They have no scruples. Do not buy anything from them as they are untrustworthy.
Another SPAM website
Another SPAM website . Crooks that steal pictures from designers’ websites and pass them off as their own . Unless you want a poor inferior copy of the picture you are shown do not buy from these people. Floryday, Rosyday Miles-London all copyists preying on the designs of others who bear all the design and development and photography costs.
Unfortunately I can’t add a picture here but our dress is advertised on this site photographed in our showroom in Glasgow.
