Miles and Barr have been great for me…

Miles and Barr have been great for me as a f1st time buy. All staff throughout the process have been there and very helpful I had Becky helping me through the process after buying And she has been great checking in with regular emails. Making sure everything was running smoothly

Excellent communication was key!

Working with Miles and Barr has been a pleasure, right from the start. We met Scott who was clear and upfront about everything. The team supported veiwings throught and always kept us informed. Debbie Thwaites continued the excellent support in a professional manner and keeping us informed throughout. Without Debbie driving through essential communication with the buyers solicitors and our own. Without this communication to all parties, being key to keeping things on track, we would have been lost. Thank you to the team and especially Debbie.

Unsure

Unsure. Starting off the selling process but costs seem excessive. A marketing fee of £299 and checks for another £60 seems excessive. Is this normal? Debating changing

She chased everyone on our behalf when no one else seemed in any hurry to arrange an exchange/completion date
She kept us informed every couple of days when we were totally frustrated with the lack of communication further down the chain
I am sure we would not have got to a completion date any time soon without her
