The branch at Waitrose has helped us over several years.All the staff there have been very helpful with advice and the whole booking process including flights, hotels and insurance. This time it was planning a family holiday to Malta next Spring. Sam was extremely helpful , friendly and a pleasure to work with to sort out all our requirements. Highly recommended
