Joanne was so helpful. She emailed information to help us make choices, then did the booking admin for us. The whole process was so easy and stress free. I can't think why anyone would want to spend hours online booking for themselves when staff at Miles Morgan Travel can do it so quickly and efficiently.

Laura was very tolerant of me
Laura was very tolerant of me, it was her 10 year anniversary of working at miles Morgan and I rocked up. Didn’t have a clue as to where I wanted to go, she talked me through loads of options and now we are off to Cyprus yay!!! Would recommend riding to Cirencester in the rain and cold to book with Laura at miles Morgan travel!

Outstanding service
Kate Taylor in Cirencester was a real star. She dealt with our holiday booking over the phone and gave us a truly excellent service. There were issues over getting flights on the dates we wanted and she went the extra mile to ensure we were able to go on the holiday which involved her staying late in the office. This is not the first time we have booked a holiday with Kate and her customer service skills are some of the best we have ever known. She is a real asset to Miles Morgan Travel.
