Miles Morgan Travel - Cirencester Reviews 

I have used Miles Morgan in Cirencester before and found them very efficient, returned in July 2025 to
book a business class return flight to Thailand for September. I dealt with Laura and Alison, they were
extremely helpful and liased well with each other. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We were considering a number of destinations where we thought we wanted to holiday. Joanne was patient and spent time with us looking up hotels and discussing on where they would fit our brief. Our brief was for a relaxing break, chilling and reading, but able to walk in the area surrounding the hotel (not hiking) and not necessarily sightseeing as such. We wanted a warm/hot climate with half board. With no pressure to make instant decisions she achieved what we wanted and kept to our budget. A good experience.

Being greeted by staff as soon as I walked in,
Joanne, being the only ‘free’ person, I spoke to her. She was friendly, listened to what I wanted. She immediately got up to collect a brochure, a firm I hadn’t thought of, but had exactly the same holiday as I was thinking of. So knowledgeable, regarding firms and holidays. Within 15 minutes,she had spoke to the travel company by phone, got details of price etc, and gave me time to contact my husband. Holiday booked, so thoughtful, friendly and knowledgeable, is how I describe Joanne. She is another staff asset to

Miles Morgan Travel have very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Kate answered all my queries and was able to give me lots of information on where I am travelling.
