Miles Morgan Travel - Cirencester Reviews 

Laura in Cirencester has yet again, been exceptionally efficient and provided us with an interesting holiday and found us amazing hotels. We have worked with her since 2008 and she has never ever disappointed us in any way . She has arranged for us to go all over the world, some not on the tourist route, but she does her research and finds some amazing places . She is a real asset to your company and I hope she is always rewarded for her dedication to the job.

Helpful, well-informed travel advice and efficient booking process.

We use MM for all our overseas holiday bookings. The recent booking made with Laura was as efficient as usual. Much prefer dealing with someone face to face.

We booked a holiday with Miles Morgan in Cirencester and found their professionalism and attitude towards our needs to be understanding and caring. A big thank you to Laura.

We came in without a clear idea of what we wanted and Joanne took a great deal of time and patience to go through several options until we found a holiday to suit us.

I dropped into my local Miles Morgan Travel to ask about travel insurance, both staff members were busy with customers, and so the Foreign Exchange Specialist offered me a seat. Whilst waiting I ordered my currency, and then secured my travel insurance once a Travel Specialist became free. Staff were very busy but remained polite and efficient, I would certainly use MM again… one happy bunny!

We popped into Miles Morgan Travel Agents and were absolutely delighted with the service we received. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. They talked us through all the options clearly and gave us some brochures to take home to help make our decision. There was no pressure at all, just genuinely helpful advice, and we left feeling confident and excited. The service was so good that we chose to book with Miles Morgan rather than going direct with P&O. A huge thank you!

Joanne is always so quick at responding. She takes time to get to know us and what we want - she relentlessly strives to find it for us. She takes all the pressure off doing everything she can to make the process easy and stress free. She even prints out our luggage labels and boarding passes ready all in an envelope ready to collect. All the ladies are happy to help.

I went in for information about a possible cruise in 2028 and came back the following day to book it. There was a problem with the quote when the initial quote was not what was it should have been as a fault from the cruise company meant that our quote was understated by 2000 for the cabin advertised but Laura mentioned that the reason I went back and booked it was because of the offer at the time and ended up with an increase of £1000 which i accepted. I received all the information I needed and understand when the final payment needs to be made the actual cabin number and location on the ship and the offer of help when excursions are released. Having not used a travel agency for years I was really impressed with your service and will use MM for future holidays

We have been booking online but I went to the agent direct for a winter sun holiday last year Kate was very helpful and we have returned this year and she remembered us!
