The staff were very warm and welcoming. The lady that sorted our holiday was very knowledgeable, and gave us helpful advice as only one of our party had been on cruises previously. She located and booked the cabin that would suit our needs best .

Advisors are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A pleasure to walk into the shop and work out how to choose and book a holiday.

It is always a friendly professional experience in the MM office. Kate easily sorted out flights to Australia and gave us recommendations of hotels for our stopovers. And while we waited for the flight company to answer the phone we enjoyed a very welcome cup of tea! We have confidence that we will be guided through all the necessities prior to our trip.

We have been customers of this branch for several booking and couldn’t be more pleased, the staff are so helpful and the lady we deal with ( LAURA WAITES ) is brilliant with us. We are both over 70 years of age I’m almost completely Deaf and she just makes sure I understand everything. We live in Swindon but it’s worth coming to Cirencester for peace of our minds..
