Excellent service with a smile.
Mollie was very helpful and patient with me. I'm an 81 year old lady and was looking to book a short trip to Alderney with a direct flight from Southampton. She arranged everything for me from the flight to the hotel booking and even arranged transfer from airport to hotel. Mollie managed to hold the flight for me until the end of the next working day, to enable me to get travel insurance. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Reassuring. The friendly staff know their stuff, they have been there and done it. Any questions or concerns you have will be answered and put your mind at rest,nothing is to much trouble. No hard sell, they will endeavour to make sure the holiday you book is what you want, not what they think you want. A first class service, I can't fault it.
