The staff are always freindly and helpful. They are also extremely knowledgeable about many different aspects of travel whether it's a coach day trip or a world cruise.They even help with visas and insurances.
All in all a great asset to the town.

I wanted something a little unusual
I wanted something a little unusual - a cycling holiday in Vietnam. Nina found what I wanted and it's all arranged. Flights and holiday all arranged and at reduced cost from what I had previously expected.

Wonderful place !
Despite having to wait ( my fault I didn’t make an appointment ) , Shelley could not have been more helpful or patient dealing with my family booking. The whole atmosphere during my visit was a joy other clients and staff all enjoying laughter and chatting together . A wonderful way to spend my afternoon and then I had the joy of telling my young grandchildren where we are going .

I was taken care of by Shelly in the Ross on Wye branch. She and Nina and the other staff members are always hospitable and friendly. I had previously stopped by to discuss a possible trip to Egypt. On the 11 February I booked the trip. It took a short time and was super efficient and easy. It never feels as it’s too much trouble, but they get excited by your plans. It’s lovely. I recommend them to my friends all the time.
