Nina went above and beyond to find a holiday for my 91 year old father. She came to his home to explain everything.
Nina listened to problems that might have caused him to be anxious whilst travelling and found answers to put his mind at rest.
The whole booking experience was a pleasure. Thanks to Nina, Dad is a transformed man who is really looking forward to his holiday in January.

Cruising - is a breeze!
Just returned from the fabulous French Riviera on a Fred Olsen cruise, booked through the Ross-on-Wye branch.
So easy to book and all of the options were clearly explained at the time of booking, so no surprises.
The trip had a massive bonus, in that it was one of Miles Morgan's escorted trips (with transport from Ross-on-Wye included!) - hosted by the fabulous (no other way of describing her) Nina, who manages the shop in Ross - Very attentive during the cruise and always available, should help be required.
Fantastic time and will be booking another adventure very soon through the Ross branch.

We set her a tough challenge to find a suitable all inclusive holiday for a set budget and at short notice for my wife, myself and our 2 children (11 and 10). Shelly did not skip a beat and found us a great deal which we booked straight away. All questions answered and she went above and beyond with her service.
The whole team on Thursday were friendly and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend to anyone rather than just booking online!
