Jo was very helpful in booking our 2 holidays. Having collected some brochures we perused them at home.
We chose 2 trips and I rang and spoke to Jo about them.
She took the details and sorted it all out for us. We made an appointment for the next day to review everything and to confirm our booking. Jo was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Not having flown on holiday for a number of years, not only did we want advice concerning the place we wanted to visit, but also to 'hold our hands' concerning everything about the flights.
We spoke briefly to Aleksandra on Monday and booked an appointment with her once we had studied brochures and on-line. She made it all easy for us.

We went into our local Miles Morgan in Trowbridge to book our holiday to East Asia. Bernadette, the booking agent there, was fantastic and very helpful. She was very patient and tried to keep things as cost effective for us as possible. It made the experience less stressful and we would definitely look to book another holiday with Miles Morgan again.

Colin was extremely helpful with details offering different options to choose from. Plenty of information on countries I was thinking of visiting and what to expect once there. Even went through video, so I could see exactly what to expect. We took time to look at all options and discussing each one and more.
