Really quick, personal service and advice. Very informative, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very helpful, polite& knowledgeable

Excellent service. On initial visit I was given a basic quote for the proposed holiday. Made an appointment a week later with same Travel Specialist(TS)and took a second traveller with me, we looked at further options TS gave us all the time we needed to assess what we wanted and we booked. Everything done for us including airport car parking and check in. All we've got to do is turn up at airport. Brilliant!

We always go to Sarah Phillips for advice and booking a holiday. We always get an honest description of our chosen holiday. We have jokenling said that the only thing missing is a cup of coffee. We will always use Mrs Phillips for our holiday booking with or without a coffee.

As usual we had brilliant service from the staff at the Wells branch. On this occasion we were helped by Jo, who was professional and knowledgeable. She helped us choose our holiday to the Canaries next year. Excellent!

Emilee in the Wells branch went above & beyond to make me feel at ease. She was so helpful answering all my basic questions. She sorted everything out within hours of me making my inquiry and by the next day I’d booked my last minute trip to Niagara Falls with everything explained so well. Eloise was friendly when answering the phone too.
I had visited the shop before and it had a nice team but this time everything was done over my phone. Well done wells Miles Morgan Travel!!!
