We’ve just booked our third cruise with Andrea at Wells, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🛳️

To top it off, Andrea managed to get our family a room right next to us, which is just perfect. She made the whole booking process so seamless, easy and completely stress-free.

Andrea was fantastic throughout and even went the extra mile to phone P&O for us to sort out some information we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was so helpful from start to finish.

We’ve booked many holidays with Andrea and will continue to do so. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We first saw Eloise to book our trip to Australia via Singapore . She was very helpful and thorough. She was off the next day when we went to confirm the booking but the young lady we saw then was very good and explained everything to us as well . We had a phone call the next day to say the transfers had now been booked and to go in when we were next in town. A special mention to the young man in training , he offered us coffee both times we were in , much appreciated. Very impressed and would recommend.
